Anyone else have endless colds?

Since January I have had 3 colds! 2 of which I've had a nasty cough with, I know my immune system is lower than normal but I'm really fed up of this now!

All I can think is because I feel so hot all the time I don't dress warmly and with the weather the way it has been is making me ill.

Anyone else finding this?

I haven't taken anything, think it's only honey and lemon or paracetemol that we can take and to be honest paracetemol is useless in my oppinion.

I went to the GP first time and he prescribed a linctus for my cough - told me to only take it if Iwas kept awake at night through the coughing, I didn't bother and soldiered on, recovered a good 10 days later!

A week on and I end up with another cough, leave it 5 days and OH makes me go to the GP again which I did yesterday and I'm now on Antibiotics, 500mg Amoxycilin as I have a nasty infection. My GP was annoyed I was not given these first time as he thinks I have got it worse as it wasn't treated last time. He was brilliant, he showed me in his book that penicillin was not known to have any effects on bubs and safe to take during pregnancy, just to reassure me bless him.

So, if it gets too bad hun, do go to your GP, they can give you things if needs be.

Awww hun, I can only say sorry you must be feeling miserable!!
Im just getting over a stinking cold and have had a major headache all week and Its not nice.
Do you take any vitamins? I only ask this because since i started TTC a year ago ive been taking the sanatogen preg vitamins and have been since then and ive only had about 2 colds! (which is so unlike me I usually get every bug going!) I put it down to taking the vits because theyre sure to help strengthen you immune system. If you are already taking vits then Im sorry I duno what to suggest! Hopefully it wont happen when the weath is warm.
