Anyone have pregnancy symptoms after finishing combined pill?

So I finished my combined pill at the end of the pack about 3 weeks ago, I had a few hours of spotting about 4 days later (literally the minimal amount) and now I feel so tired all of the time, I've put on a few pounds, have headaches and appetite is strange - i'm really craving carbs although trying to cut down on them, and am super cranky and bloated!

Did a test but was negative. I just feel really rubbish, when will it stop?!

Has anyone had this?

yep! I had this last year when I stopped taking the pill. I was convinced I was pregnant!
But then I fell pregnant and got my BFP 8 weeks after my last pill
