I see it!!! What brand test is it? If it's a wandfo I had the same issue. It took SUPER long to dry and see a line so I thought it was negative. I had a similar issue with FRER though too--it took a couple days longer than the rest to show a clear line. The easy@home tests showed first and the clear blue digital confirmed for me right away. Fx! Let us know how it goes tomorrow!

This was my last wondfo but now I'm literally freaking out... Am I horrible for freaking out? Am I going to be an OK mom.. Can I actually handle an infant. Shouldn't I be excited?

I totally freaked out too (and still do on a semi-regular basis). Am I going to be a terrible mom? Am I going to screw my kid up? How the hell can we afford it? How can we deal with the fact that our lives will now completely revolve around a kid? And so on and so on. Listen, it's a HUGE thing and a HUGE change. It's only natural to freak out a little right? No matter how much we want it, I'm sure it takes a while for a lot of us to fully wrap our heads around it when it's actually happened. The thing is, it's going to be an amazing change in ways that are so difficult to imagine right now because you haven't experienced it before. You'll get excited, and then probably scared again, back to happy to freaked out probably all at the same time. Just comes with the territory. You'll be great

wowooo gagrl! CONGRATS!!!! such amazing news!!!!!! so so exciting!!!!! keep us updated!

afm: went in for an appointment. still no growth. but estrogen level did go up a little bit. she said there are about 20 follicles that look nice (not sure what nice means though), but they are all <10mm. we are upping the dose to 125iu. as of today, i have been stimulated for 10 days (7 of those days i was on 75 iu and 3 of those days were 100iu). my next appointment is wednesday and she says she really thinks we will start to see some in the 10-12mm range. its hard to tell when retrieval will be, but i guess if she had to guess, she thinks it would be by the end of next week.

Good idea! I freaked out when I kept temping after I got my bfp because my temps were making me nervous.

i had my appointment today and apparently still no significant growth. there was one at 12mm, but all the others were under 10. my estrogen level is crawling up. its at 81 now. so still very low. nurse said she only sees five that look like they might grow. she said all the others are too small. all of them are on the right ovary, nothing seems to be taking off on the left at all. so i went from one appointment thinking i had 20 (granted thats the total, they were very small at that time too) to thinking i have five. hopefully we get something this cycle. i hope i make it to transfer stage. i was also told that i have brittle pcos and that they did not want to give me a very high dose to start off with b/c they were afriad my estrogen level would get too high too quickly and that that would impact the quality of the eggs. nurse also said that if too many grow at once it does not give the other eggs the space to continue to grow and that impacts the cycle as well. i'm not sure what to think though. when we were trying for iui and they overstimmed me, i had like 20. then when they did long and slow for another iui, i had 1. so it seems like they know how to control it a bit more than they think. they upped my dose to 150 and my next appointment is friday.

I just scheduled my Anatomy scan!! I go on the 18th, at 3:15. When she told me I have to drink at least 8 oz water 30 minutes before and then hold my bladder I was totally thrilled. (sarcasm much). lol


Star - it just sounds to me like they are having to play around to find the dose that won't overstim you. I don't think this is uncommon and I think it's better that they are being cautious so you can get some good follicles rather than overstim and have to call the cycle a bust. Once they figure out what dose works they'll be able to work that out better for future cycles (if you need it). This is a long process, but you'll get there. A friend of mine went through several months before they got the right dosages for her so that they could do a successful IVF transfer and then she got her bfp on her 2nd IVF transfer (she had it on her first too but she was high risk and went back to a very stressful job too soon and ended up with a MC). She now has beautiful twins.
