Anyone used or using clary sage oil??

I'm trying to read about using clary sage oil but lots of conflicting information so thought I'd ask here if anyone has used it? How do you use it? I'd prefer not to add it to my baths as I get cystitis from any bubble baths etc so I don't want to risk getting cystitis, iv read you can add it to another oil and rub on your bump so what sort of oil would you use to mix it with? Would baby oil work? And how many drops of clary sage oil and how many of the carrier oil? And did it work for you?

Using Coconut Oil would probably be your best carrier oil for it or Avacado Oil.
