Was wondering if anyone used them?

I placed an order last night for next day delivery so i take it it would be here tuesday.
However i notice the money has came out my account but i have had no email off my order etc.
Do not do much shopping on line and just worried i have done it right.

So basically after all off that just asking if anyone else used them and was all ok?
I have emailed them waiting on a reply.
