Can someone help me out please! I used to follow slimming world before but now I'm pregnant I've piled weight on already! In literally out of breath by time I get up the stairs! I'm not massive I'm a U.K. 12-14 So I'm thinking of starting again but following at home as I don't get to go class, can someone who already does it explain what do to different to normal plan please ?
