yea, i would say that's a chemical, sounds a lot like the m/c i had. the nurse in the ER for mine, said unfortunately those pregnancy tests are so sensitive now, we know about pregnancies that a few years ago women would've just passed up as stress making them late.

i hope you're OK, tho.

yep, this is what my GP says too - she said she has patients who say they've have 10's of miscarriages when actually they're getting a positive HPT at 8-11dpo but still have their period. If they'd just waited they would have started their period as normal and never been aware of it.

Gem - hope you're OK today, if you aren't happy with your contraception, and/or have any concerns go along to a family planning centre - sometimes they're WAY better than a Dr as they're much more specialised x

i'm pooped today, slept sooo badly last night. Our stupid heating has gone wrong again, this time it's heating even when it says its off . So in middle of the winter we had no heating and now summer is approaching (or at least not quite so cold) the stupid thing doesn't turn off , anyways I kinda roasted last night due to it

I'm better today, Caroline, thanks for asking. Bleeding a virtually stopped. They must have done a good job of leaving it in a clean state, if you know what I mean. Just awaiting results for exact trisomy baby had.

I'm much more positive today! We will maybe try for a third in a few more years, or I may have changed my mind by then! My two keep me very busy!

Awaiting news to hear Bert & Ernie have arrived!! I think I originally predicted today Katherine...c'mon boys!

It's amazing how well I feel. Can't understand emotions at the best of times, but I have been through so much loss recently 2xmc , my dad, nan. That I think I have almost become a stronger person because of it. I'm waffling now!

Ive been the docs he said the same as yous... chemical pregnancy. Need to get my bloods done in the morning but hes told me it will just be like a slightly heavier/more uncomfortable period.

Im ok though just a bit peed off really. My bf is in the army so ive text him to tell him whats going on an tried ringing him god knows how many times but hes completely ignored me :/ I know he always always has his phone on him too but hes been a prick!!

Rachel its good the bleeding is stopping and that youre feeling more positive. Strong lady missus!

yup, it'll be a bigger period and within a couple days, test again and as long as it tests negative, you shouldn't even need bloods done. all they do with bloods is check your levels anyway.

oh! and be careful about having sex these next couple weeks as it's just like giving birth, you're extra extra fertile. no one told me that and we ended up preggy with abby a couple weeks later when we actually wanted to wait a few months.

Yup I ovulated after my mc on day 11 and BAM! Preggy again though we tried that quick.

Thanks for the fertility tip though they didn't tell me that at the docs! I wanna wait a while now since i think this guy is gonna be another jerk after all.

Oh ladies can I have a rant, about my OH? He's just a complete wanker this week. He just said to me this morning, when I asked what he was going to do today "well I am working tonight"

Errr hello? I work full time (he's self employed and hardly works atm), I do ALL the laundry, and the cooking, and the shopping. When I get in tonight after getting pickle up and dropped at nursery then work all day I then go and get pickle, cook hers and my tea, tidy the house up sort the laundry, do the dishes and put her to bed, which at the mo means I'm not back downstairs until 8.30.

but no, it's OK for him to do FUCK ALL today because he's working for 6 hours this evening.
