April Mummies 2011

Amelia is rolling from front to belly , and seems insistent! She keeps bloody doing it everytime I put her on her belly. She is nosy, that's her problem lol!!!

Hey ladies :)

Does anyone else still feel like they haven't got a clue about what you're doing? :(

I know I'm just making this all up and I haven't a clue if what I'm doing is right :(

Yep, me too! Often ask DH 'do you think x or y?' but he annoyingly replies 'whichever you think is best'. I don't know what's best I've never done it before!

Just doing a night feed. Rex went down at 8.15 last night. The earliest he's ever stayed down. Yay! :happydance: Just hope it doesn't mean he'll be up for the day at 5am!

Aleena's rolling too but not often. Every baby is different!!

Aleena is "talking" more each day, it's so adorable!! Her voice is so cute.
Hoping for better sleep tonight, she's been waking every 3 hours for the past 3 days ! Usually she does 1 longer stretch. Sometimes 4 hours , she's done 6-7 hours twice. I'm so tired right now! And all i do is pop a boob out , can't imagine how tired mommies that ff are!

Rolling back to belly usually comes much later. Jake did it at 5 months but didn't crawl til 8 months! All babies will do it in their own individual time. Look at oit like this - you never see a two year old that cannot roll or sit etc it'll suddenly happen!

alex hasn't rolled yet either, he's sooo close to going back to front but showing no signs other way :) xx

DD hasn't rolled yet. Probably because when she has tummy time she puts all her energy into crying..... :dohh:

Same here Mrs-C. Rex hates tummy time! So as a result he's showing no signs of rolling over. Hmmm, might have to get training him!

mine both hate their tummy too and cry as soon as i put them down xx

Ava hasn't rolled yet and she hates tummy time!!

Took Ava for her monthly check up this morning and she weighs 11 1/2lb and is 23 3/4 in long!! She also got her shots :sad1: poor baby

Ollie used to scream when he had tummy time but I got him one of those play nest things and he LOVES being on his tummy in there :) he crinkles the crinkley bits on it and giggles or tries to talk to it ha!
Put him anywhere else on his tum though and he hates it still :/

Here he is in it :) Oh and also Ollie starfishing xD haha!

pickle loves being on her tummy on us, just not on the floor - strange child :D

she can hold her head up completely on her own now which makes carrying her and picking her up too!! :)

she's giggling and smiling too which makes days like today a bit easier to deal with - she's a shouty crying thing today :(

ahhhh how cute, love it when they coo.
Lovely pics of Ollie too Gem. Ive got one of the blossom farm sit me up cosys but i dont think too much of it, its meant to velcro together and comes apart
xx

Feeling guilty about it but really struggling today.

Little guy has hardly even napped, never mind slept and has managed to poo through everything a good few times. He is currently having 5 minutes in his bouncy chair and is actually content but other than that I have been feeding the little monkey all day. He also appears to have a tooth coming through, it certainly feels sharp enough when he is feeding! I have been dreading this, the youngest got her first tooth at 7 weeks and bit the hell out of me.

Snapping at the girls, who wonderfully helpfully had a teacher training day today and have spent the day fighting and being extremely loud and I feel guilty about that too.

Poo poo poo :nope:

Aww hugs, Daniel has been irritablr today to has seemed really tired but then refusing to sleep.
I hate tummy time it feels so cruel, he looks like a little beetle that got turned over the wrong way and can't turn back.

Teeth already, amethyst?! Eek!!! Jake got his first at 8 months so I think I'd have a shock if I suddenly got bitten!!!
We all have days like that Hun. I have just the two but I still snap at my toddler then feel awful! He soon forgets but still felt crap after!

Makes you feel awful, doesn't it?

It came as a shock to me with lil miss... the eldest two girls were well over 1 before they had their first teeth and she certainly put that first tooth to good use! I'm hoping that i'm somehow mistaken but I really don't think I am.

I think I was just feeling claustrophobic today. I haven't left Gabe at all because of his feeding and I am literally feeding him on demand and that often that I can't pump because I need to sleep at night, so no bottles from OH and a break from that either.

I'm just loathe to change anything when he is doing so well and sleeping in a nice routine at night. Little man is asleep now so i'm off to bed... hopefully ungrumpy Mummy will appear in the morning.

Hope you are all well ladies, we have all made some pretty gorgeous children amongst us :cloud9:
