Hi Ladies!

I don't think I've ever posted in this thread, so not sure if any of you remember me. I tend to hang out in the Mayhem Babies thread.

Miss Anberlin Maria Kate was due April 27, 2011 but decided to stick around a little longer. She was finally born on May 4, 2011 at 7:15am. She weighed 8lbs 1oz and was 21in long. My biggest baby of all!!

She's doing well, a little booby monster and weighed 11lbs 5oz at 8 weeks old. She is 10 weeks and a day old today. She loves to smile at you if you tell her she's pretty. Crazy how quickly time flies.

I hope all your little ones are doing well!!

Here she is at birth (well, 2 days old) and again at 8 weeks old.

Well computer time is difficult to come by right now, as my laptop is being fixed and trying to get the home computer away from my husband is harder than prying a salmon away from a black bear, but I'll definitely hang around more often when I get my computer back.

Just wanted to drop in and see how you ladies were doing!!

Hi!!!! Anberlin is cute! And has a lot of hair like my Rosie!
Yea Dana- LOVING the app! Especially at my uncle's house where Rosie is primarily down stairs for naps so I can put it down to call the phones up stairs. And the picture thing is awesome.

Well first day has been good back here in MA. Tomorrow I'm going to see my uncle jon (I'm at his house but he's working out of town) and my sister. So excited! I've talked to Ryan 5x today though lol and had him talk to Rosie before she went to sleep. Poor thing has been so good but so tired! Hardly sleeping today (big change of scenery though!) so she's already going ot bed at a decent hour on EST.

SO EXCITED FOR SATURDAY TASHA! I hope it all goes flawlessly! ANd happy birthday too! Good weights for Harley and Ruby! Funny- my friend at home is named Tasha and she's getting married on Saturday too!

I think someone has got it in for me this week. So we had the shower leak the other morning & this morning I woke up to feathers everywhere in the hallway. The bloody cat had brought a bird in during the night. Luckily the only door we leave open is to the kitchen so the mess was limited! I'm petrified of birds (the flying at the head thing!) so asked DH to check it wasn't still in there. He couldn't see it so left for work. We assumed the cat must've taken it back out cat flap. But I was sat feeding Rex this morning & heard flapping!!! Argh!!! It must've hidden from DH! Had to get FIL round to the rescue!

Every time I put Rosie down in her own bed last night she woke up and cried. I'd pick her up and put her in bed with me and she'd fall back to sleep in 2 mins. I'm letting her have that since so much is different while we're on the east coast. Gonna try to go have breakfast while she's still asleep... and maybe pump since my boobs have been KILLING me lately.

I really need to get Gabe in the pool, we did it with Eliza when she was 7 weeks old and she fell asleep in a little inflatable boat

Where do you get little swim shorts small enough to fit?
Im thinking about taking Ollie but I cant find any newborn swim shorts for him! (yes, he is 3 months and still in newborn clothes xD)

His needles went well, he only let out a little cry and now hes back to his happy little self
It was the lady who originally adviced me that I should have an abortion who gave him them. No wonder she was being so nice to him. I bet she thought "you almost didnt exist because of me." two faced biiiiiitch!

Gertrude I can't wait to get Lizzie swimming with DH, your picture has inspired me to get moving on that soon!! We need to get some swim dipes and I love the idea of the little inflatable boat, oh Amazon, I'm sure they have one!

Lizzie is currently in her bouncer (which she's a good 4" too short to be using so we wedge a box under there) watching some PBS kids show and talking back to the TV.

Waiting for the sprinklers to turn off so I can hang my clothes to dry!

well done ollie on having his 2nd lot of jabs! gem you can take ollie swimming, theres no lower age limit but i wanted to wait until he'd had 2 lots of jabs. We used the huggies disposable swim nappies, not sure how much they'd actually contain tbh but luckily he didn't poo! however dunno if you've a wilkinsons near you but i noticed today they had some reuseable swim shorts for quite cheap, sadly only had boys in small or large and alex would now need medium and i'm not gonna put him in pink flowery ones

missfox i'm feeling the lack of sleep too, think we might have hit 4mth regression to soon! he was up at 10pm, 3am, 5am, 6, 7, and then 8 last night! one tired mummy here today...

Luckily I was still up visiting and then as soonas I decided to go back to bed and I layed her down with me she slept. She woke up once to eat (sun was up... didn't check the time) and then was back down until around 9:30 am. Now she wont nap! Shes in the pack n play right now playing with some toys so I can get some work done (so I can get paid while on vacation! WOO!!) I'm hoping she fals asleep. I'm kinda frustrated though. She naps on her belly dyring the day (or sleeps all of 5 minutes) and my mom came in while I ran to go to the bathroom and rolled her over. WTF! "I don't like her on her belly" Well- at most it's just tummy time for her! She also snapped at me the other night in the hotel and proclaimed that I "need to break her of not being able to sleep while there is noise happening in the room" UMM SHE IS CURIOUS! HELLO IM DOING WHAT I WANT FOR MY CHILD! She always tells me to let her cry it out and do this and that and STFU! I'm gonna snap! But anyways lol got a little carried away

hahaha It helps so much jus to get it out so I don't just SCREAM at her (bc that would really keep rosie awake!). Well finally got her to sleep (on her belly hehehehe) and my mom walked in and said "oh is she sleeping? *looks at her* oh on her belly aww"
