Stacey, we bought a side rail for our bed. We have a king size so its big enough for the 3 of us. I need to find a crib for Isis. Eventually she's not going to be able to sleep in the pack n play bassinet and she doesn't like sleeping in the bottom of the pack n play. There's one with the dresser on craigslist for $300 and the crib is convertible. That's crazy that she settles so well in your bed. Isis doesn't settle better it's just quicker because I don't have to walk to her room. I'd be very tempted to just let her sleep with us if that was the case. Makes it easy for travel, don't have to bring the baby's bed
I'm seriously considering not buying a crib but buying a firm mattress and putting it on the floor with rails. Let me know if you go with that route. I can't find any reason not to do it other than her getting up in the middle of the night when she can open the door. Ugh!
Dana, Stacey is right. It sounds like a tightness in the muscles on the one side of her neck. It's pretty common. Nothing you could have done would have prevented it. She'll be fine with a little physical therapy!
Isis is sleeping and I'm really hoping she sleeps well tonight. I'm going to be in bed soon...
