Sarah, have you given Oscar anything else yet? Leos had a banana peach and strawberry frutapura thingy by cow and gate, he would have eaten the whole lot if I let him....

Ive stuck with the porridge for now and he's really got the hang of it, nipped to asda to try and get him a savoury packet mix but they didnt do them dont know if you can still get them anymore he's ready for teas now as well as breakfast so gonna look for something else to add in boots tomos Ive got a few of them frutapuras in but havent tried him yet - will do very soon though my HV will have me shot! xx

lol, mine too! I started off giving Leo his solids for tea as I was wanting to fill him up a little so he would sleep a little longer at night for me. I think from tomorrow I am going to start giving him a little something for dinner aswell as tea..

I looked in boots today, seen a cauliflower ans something bake in packet, try that!

Will do hun thats exactly the sort of thing i was looking for, i'm not a big fan of the jars so it will bridge the gap nicely until he's ready for his homemade pureed steak n chips

I should have done that with my 2, it was hilarious! The pair of them shot across my lounge , my 10 yr old was crying and my 13 yr old had tears streaming down his face...the pair of them crapped themselves PMSL!

Right when you wean, i'll start with either baby rice, or the cereals you add water too, moving to veg/fruit yada yada. Probably at night time as Jac said just to keep her sleeping haha!

You'd think I don't work in a nursery but it's diff when you got your own! Do you drop an oz or two of milk on the feed they're eating with, or keep it or what (when they're taking more than a spoonful of course.)

Got LL a tommee tippee beaker and used it today beacuse she won't take water for me out of bottle, just tastes it and spits it out lol. SHe can kinda suck on it too bless her, but when she resists means I can just pour a bit in to wet her mouth !

damn just had a power cut and lost next post!

ANyone still waiting on first period? Birth one lasted about 3/4 weeks and discoloured CM for 2 more weeks. FF mum's mainly as I know BF can take longer.....mine's done a runner lol. Used protection on so no babies! lol

My right boob is rock hard!! Left is fine as the supply has always been crap in that one, but oh my god the right one is kiling me. Hope it doesnt last too long. I'm expressing a little just to relieve some pressure but not a lot as I don't want my boobs to think that they need to make more milk!
