your welcome. I have days like that. I actually had a pretty easy pregnancy with very little morning sickness but lately I get that sick feeling.

Minstermind- I love it! I wish I had some talent like that. I've just got my stickers to put up in the nursery and have no idea where to put them. I wish I was creative.
 
Thanks Sabriena, Chele, and Mrs Glitz! :) I painted it back when we were trying to conceive in the hopes that thought/word/deed would come together as a good luck charm for us, and it worked! lol...

Chele, I think there's a spot of creativity in us all, it's just about what direction it goes. I can't do pottery for the life of me, nor a few other things, whilst some other artist friends of mine seem to be jack of all trades when it comes to those things, heh.. I think it's just about finding what expression your creativity takes! :)

Do you still own it or was it a commission piece? I can just imagine how much it would light up a room :D
 
Thanks 555Ann555! I do own it but it was sorta a commission piece too....it was part of a series I did for an art exhibition during International Women's Day, and the talks this last year were on birthing issues and breast cancer. So I provided some pieces for those things, but also had my own agenda to do this one, and have it hanging up on our living room wall now! I think it has a nice positive energy about it, and to me represents the most wonderful aspects of pregnancy (minus the morning sickness, SPD, and other myriad of issues we moms-to-be worry about, LOL).

I just think it's great sometimes to take a moment and be at one, so to speak, with the part of pregnancy that is 'bliss' and to enjoy the truly miraculous and seemingly improbable experience of CREATING LIFE. I'm in awe of it sometimes. :)
 
Oh, I thought it meant 2 expecting first, or soon, or something. I didn't realize any had already given birth. Though now I think about it, I think Sam9kids was an April lady?
 
You could totally be right, my memory for that and other things is crap at the moment, lol

I have a painting commission I got back when I first found out I was pregnant and I still haven't finished it, and I'm feeling the pressure now to get it done before baby is born. I just haven't wanted to paint since I got pregnant. No particular reason though discovering BnB has eaten away a lot of hours of my time, haha.

Speaking of, I thought I'd post a pregnancy painting I did last year. I once posted it in the first trimester forum but it's been awhile and think it's actually more relevant now as the lady in the painting has a big 'ole bump now like ourselves. :)

I remember this from first tri and I thought it was awesome then and I still do! It's so uplifting it makes me think of all the things I love about pregnancy.

I agree with this. I can't draw, paint, write, play music but I can take and process decent photographs - it's taken me about 10 years to find something creative that I can do and love.
 
I think the second birth was Kerrie-X. She was being induced I think. I'm hoping I got it right! She posted in the preemie forum saying she was going to be induced at 36 weeks.
 
I don't know about anybody else but is it not a case of one day feeling like you have sooooo far to go and another thinking wow this is really happening not long now. I have to say the former is more regular occuring than the latter, but hey 32 weeks, nearly there aren't we! LOL

Alisha1985, Minstermind, 555ann555- It was Kerrie-x. She was due april 1st but then her due date got moved to march. I have a list started with the birth. It is the 4th post down on the first page.
 
Hey girls, I already posted this but thought I'd put it here also :) I had a quick ultrasound today to check fluid levels since i've had borderline low fluid and got a quick peek at my little boy! Here is his profile at 34 weeks. What do you think.. do you see hair on his cute little head? I've had 2 friends who said "Look at all that hair!" when they saw the pic so I'm wondering if it IS hair.
