***April Sweet Peas*** 204 Babies

Just noticed my fingers are really really swollen tonight, I thought I was going to get away with being able to keep my rings on this time but looks like they might have to come off after all.. Still, last time they were off by 24 weeks so it's much better than last time! Pelvis pretty shocking tonight but I'm reluctant to up my codeine given the reduced fetal movements I had earlier in the week when I'd taken more, it took her until last night to really recover.. Not long to go now I guess!

So glad to hear Miss Kinleigh has got the OK from the docs.

And 28 babies already? Wow! I'm sure we were at 16 last time I looked.
I'm SO jealous!! It seriously feels like I have got a large puppy wriggling around in my belly at the moment, and I just can't wait to get it out!
Still, only 7 more 'sleeps' to go now at most, so that's no so bad. Just need to think of things to fill the next few days (while I'm home alone) and I'll be fine.

My bub was really quiet for the last 24 hours and I was going to call labour ward tonight and go in for monitoring but littlebug has started giving me lovely big kicks - little terror!! Still three weeks to EDD and I'm starting to struggle to think how I'm going to pass the time!

my lil one has been quite 2day aswell just eatin a load of ice at the min to see if tht will mke him move his lil arse xxxx

Everyone in my family is having dreams that I'm going to go early. So, I figure it's a sign..that I'm going to be late! My mom thinks it's funny that they're all having the dreams around the same time. She even has her clothes laid out in case I start going into labor in the middle of the night. Makes me even more impatient and I still have what seems like AGES to go!

Well yet another wasted trip to birthing centre yesterday *sigh* little madam is still swinging from laying on her side to laying back to back which is causing me all these trips as she is stopping the cervix moving from posterior to where it should be, as it is already soft and shortening.

And to top the normal MW saw me on Thursday and while everything is doing brilliant and I am measuring dead on 39 inches that is a little leap as I have systematically been 1-2 smaller than the week. So it is "predicted" that bubs is somewhere between 7 1/2 lbs and 8-9lbs fingers are crossed for the slightly lower end of that :haha:

Ouch! My pelvis feels so so so sore this morning. And I have run out of codeine. Obviously I don't normally run out but I forgot about Friday and today being bank holidays so have been unable to contact my GP.

I had a dream last night I was 11 months pregnant  Not cool!

o good god imagine it! no wonder you wanted to cry!

hope everyone is doing good...well as good as can be expected

so happy to be outta 38 weeks felt like ground hog week for me :happydance:

xXx

Hi girls, I haven't posted for a little while, but just wanted to update that our gorgeous Max was born on 2/4/10. He is amazing. I hope you all get to meet your little ones soon xx

congratualtions Mrs.W!!

i am SOOOOOOOOOOO tired all the time! i am now havin really good nights sleeps and even waking as late as 10, but as soon as i get up i literally feel like its 11 o'clock at night and bedtime again!!!

a couple of you mentioned reduced movements, i too have had this and did on fri so phoned the hosp and they were really horrible to me telling me that where your usually meant to go is obviously closed becuase its bank holiday!! (even though last time i went i got told it was open 24 hrs a day!!) but i left it a bit and then she started moving. its so annoying becuase some days she just goes crazy and some days i have to really concentrate to make sure she's moving!

just want her out now and in my arms!!

xx

Congatulations Mrs W!:)

I can relate to that feeling of just waking up and feeling like it's time for bed again. In any other circumstances I'd be wide awake! But I'm totally ready for sleep by the time it's 11 or so at night. I must be managing 12 hours of sleep at this point, though waking up every hour to pee or whatnot. Luckily my husband's not into work until early afternoon so he can be up with my son during his break from school, so I can scrub up the sleep.

Congrats to all the new April mums/moms :)

I have 3 weeks to go today and am really feeling HUGE now!! Thankfully feeling a little more comfortable (or just dealing better with it now) and not getting as many BH's, so starting to feel a little more human now :)

Hope everyone is keeping well xx

Congrats Mrs W!

I still feel pants! Glad some of you are starting to feel a bit better now.

congrats Mrs W!

im another who cant get past 11 oclock which isnt like me and ive been having naps during the day aswell well they start during the day and last til like 7 at night lol how bad im scared i get too used to it and still need that sleep when bubs is here!

Nikkibr cant believe they were so nasty to you! babys are a 24/7 commitment they dont understand its a bank holiday so they need to behave hope your ok xx

I *finally* got the baby's hospital bag packed this morning! (still haven't packed mine though )

Everything has been sitting on the cotbed ready to go in, I've just had zero nesting motivation for the last few weeks... The most I've done is the regular laundry & ironing!

I've kind of had some enforced nesting since yesterday though because Mo told me my SIL & BIL were thinking of visiting today before they fly back down to London, and the house was a bit untidy, so I've been slowly trying to get some stuff done...
