Just waiting for contractions to get stronger and much closer together and last for longer, so I can go in, otherwise I'm being induced in the morning. :( :( :(

MrsGlitz, what time are you in for your induction tomorrow? (assuming you don't have the wee one tonight!)
 
I'm not booked in for induction yet. I will be examined and have a sweep tomorrow at 4.20pm. If I am favourable then they will book me in to be induced. Hopefully all these contractions and cramping etc has done something so that the sweep works or I can be induced! Preferably sweep working!

Show after sweep - how much blood is too much? Should I worry?
 
Best of luck all! I'm still contracting, but they keep stopping and I swear they're contractions, I have done this before but I can't believe how much it's stopping and starting! I'm an emotional wreck today! feel so upset about everything!

MrsGlitz, how come they're waiting until your favourable for an induction, surely an induction if done by pessary/tablet is to make the cervix favourable! I know induction more likley to fail etc but surely if your cervix favoourable you'll be in labour yourself a few days later! How long will they leave you until they induce you anyway?

My induction is on thurs and it's a case of cervix favourable or not i'm being induced! Which is fine by me!

ARe you having contractions? My bloody show always lookslike a heavy period and is there for a good few wipes and some after!

Is it filling a pad? Or you knickers?
 
I've no idea really, I assume because I want to be induced early due to the SPD rather than there being a problem with the baby.
 
Yeah mine solely cos of spd,, I have other problems but none have gotten to worrying stage yet, so induction thurs simply just cos of spd, and thank god, cos in agony today, my pain had been subsiding, but today OMG I'm never gonna be able to go into labour!
 
This is where the whole thing about it being individual hospital or consultant policy annoys me but I can see their point I suppose. The SPD pain is intense for me too today, I woke DH up with my screaming this morning as I crunched something yet again when attempting to turn in bed. Using my crutches just to get around the flat when I usually manage to shuffle around.
 
I've stopped taking the codeine regularly now as it seems to have very little effect now.
 
It's very exciting right now with so many of you on the verge of delivery! I'm betting we'll see a good few announcements over the next few days! :)
 
Congratualtions!

Mrs G I'm not sure if it's individua lpolicy or that that messed up big time with my daughter just 12 months ago and I stamped my feet hard!

I don't know if fact I've had two babies before and always ended up on drip would have anything to do with it either?
