2.50pm on Monday. I'm just so torn between being induced should I be favourable and waiting. The pain is unreal now but I'm wary of induction.

Still keeping my fingers crossed for all of those being induced and due for c-sec's xx

I had a terrible night sleep last night again I was up every 1-2 hours needing the loo or to just sit up/walk around. Now having very mild contractions / painful braxton hicks with no patern to them at all.

I feel useless today - no motivation/energy at all Thank god it's hubby's last day in work today until after Jessica is here... I can hardly get myself around, let alone look after Harry

I'm confused. How has there been 102 births but 103 babies? Unless someone has had twins duh lol xx

MrsGlitz, I can understand your ambivalence about it. I also don't like the prospect of being induced. I would think, though, that if you are favorable enough to be induced, then that's a sign of things being well on their way and you'd go into labor naturally soon enough? Though I'm not sure if ''soon enough'' is *really* soon enough given your pain with SPD and all, so it really is subjective in the end, eh? 6 in one hand, half a dozen in the other, as the saying goes...

Wow, congratulations Shinning_Star! Sorry to hear it was a hellish labor, though, that sucks! But I bet you're glad it's over now and holding your little one in your arms

KathiB, LOL..your post made me smile. I don't think it's anything to worry about, not feeling crappy. Every woman's experience is unique and different. I like the thought that you're saving up energy for the imminent labor to come

Yes, it was twins... Kitty23 had a boy & girl on 2 April

Yeah, we really wanted to avoid going too far over after our experiences with Harry last time round...

Our appointment is 1:30, so will have to read each others updates when we get home. It's difficult because I can understand how you feel, yet I also understand your worries re: induction etc... How do you feel about C-Sec if they offer it?

Cramping seems to have started again. Fingers crossed that this is a proper start. Not sure I can take any more false starts.

Oh and I just got a letter from the hospital, I am actually seeing the main obs consultant (ie the one I first saw and who the Dr on Monday had to speak to to ask if I could be induced this week) on Monday, rather than 'just' one of the Drs, which I am guessing is a good sign?

well nothing new to report really here- had period like niggly pains since tea time yesterday and every time i go to the loo keep expecting to see a show or something but nothing....really dont want to be induced..and tuesday is just getting closer and closer....................

Sorry mommyof3girls, maybe it was me who counted wrong... I thought I just counted 103 new mums on the front pages, with one set of twins making it 104 babies.

How is Kinleigh doing? Only the weekend to go and then she'll be home

I swear every time I go to sleep a bundle of new babies come! Over 100 now? Wow! Congrats to all the new moms! And I see the same people sticking around for the long haul! haha

I'm still here and nothing is going on. However I think round ligament pains have come back. Is that possible at 40 weeks? I figured everything was as stretched as it was going to get! I tried searching it online but can't find anything about it at late pregnancy.

Here's hoping that we all spontaneously go into labor soon!!

quick update. Isaac was born yesterday by a sectionn after induction failed. Will explain in more detail what exactly happened later but he weighed in at a un diagnosed un expected 10lb 7oz'
