I've been having to take my BBT an hour early for the passed few days. I looked up how that will affect the reading when I came across a site that corrects your BBT when you have to take it earlier or later. This is the site:
https://www.whenmybaby.com/basalbodytemperature.php

Does anyone know if this is accurate?

Thanks in advance!

I use that site too and it made my temps look weird. I'm gonna try it again next cycle to see if I get a similar result... I only adjust my temp if there was more than 30 mins difference.... I know you can chart your temp as "on time" if it's with in 30 mins either way of your normal time... In other words if my normal time is 7 am and I woke up at 630 I just charted it with no adjustment.... But if I woke up at 6 am I adjusted it... Makes since??

Yes that makes sense. I've been taking it an hour to an hour and 30 minutes early. I hope it's correct because I like the way my temp is climbing lol
