I've just booked a private scan for next week (ill be 11 weeks)!!!!


My nhs scan probably won't come before Xmas after what the midwife said when I went on Tuesday, n we were goin to wait for the letter to come though with the scan date on, but we had some bad news at work today (a work colleague who's being fighting cancer has been taken in critical)
so I thought what the hell, u only live once, £80 later I'm all booked in


I'm so excited to see my little peanut but at the same time I'm petrified that something will be wrong!

Anyone else had a scan at 11 weeks?
Also how do u cope in the lead up to ur first scan? In goin to be a nervous wreck by next week!

Hi there, I have my scan at 11+5 it's technically my 12 week scan but they messed up my app. I'm mega excited just like you and also nervous!! I had a scan at 9 weeks and all was well but still scared. Hope all goes well x

I had a scan at 8 weeks and I'm still nervous about my 11 week scan too!
