I have no control whatsoever while vomitting anymore it is soooooooo embarrassing when it happens out in public

Getting something out the fridge I notice something neglected looking right at the very back at the bottom (floor fridge, really hard for me to bend down that far!) Bring it out, open it, gag violently and wee on the floor. Never thought I'd be doing that at 31!
