+++August Testing Group!!!+++

Ughh I'm cd7 and still waiting for the chemical pregnancy to end. I'm supposed to ovulate in 4 days thinking it might mess this cycle up.

I'm so over it :sad1: usually by now we are dtd. Af only lasts 4 days.

Hi ladies thought I'd pop in to see how you are doing. Congratulations to all you lovely ladies with a bfp. So sorry to all that got af. And good luck to all still waiting to test xx

Sorry your son was in hospital, I hope he’s on the mend now. Sending good wishes to your family xxx

Thank you! He’s on the mend now but been a tough few days!

Oh no bless him so glad he doing better and yey for blazing opk but boo about the timing of it how rude :haha: xx

Haha I knoooow! Always the way! I was buzzing to get such a dark OPK. You know what a rarity they’ve been for me but seem to be happening more frequently now which is exciting. Just hoping it leads to a BFP! Hope you’re doing okay lovely and AF isn’t too bad!

Thank you, Suggerhoney for taking a look! It's SO hard not to symptom spot and obsess, I've been doing the same thing, especially about my bbs being sensitive, I keep grabbing myself:dohh:. I don't have any advice for you, except that things do change over time, but have you had your day 21 progesterone checked, or is this an option for you?

All the fingers crossed for you!!!

That is so weird! And just kind of cruel!!

I'm sorry your son was in the hospital, but I'm happy to hear he's doing better! Here's hoping that you're still able to catch that egg!!

I promise this will be the last charts I post (this cycle :haha:) but just wanted to show with the advanced vs the OPK detection. Ugh, I'll know in about a week! View attachment 1110602 View attachment 1110603

Thanks!
Keep your charts coming, I love seeing other people’s charts :haha: I also love playing around with the detectors even though the difference in them can be frustrating. Does the research one give you different days as well?

So sorry, hope all is well now. It only takes one!

Thanks, very true!

@jellybeanxx aww so sorry your son was in the hospital but glad you’re all home now. Hope you get rested up and get in another bd but maybe that one time will be enough where it’s close. Good luck!

My daughter has 103+ fever today and bad headache and her body is sore all over, poor thing! I’ve texted her Dr, hopefully it’s just a quick bug and nothing major. Sucks when our babies are sick!!

Oh bless her, that sounds rough! Just saw your other post saying she was on the mend now. It’s great how quick kids can bounce back!

@jellybeanxx hope your son gets better soon, hugs to you and good luck catching that egg!

@lomelindi17 this test is so positive I just can't believe it. Speedy recovery to your daughter!

@mbrew180 your chart looks good to me. Your temperature is rising steadily, you had a clear peak before the rise, I think you had very good timing. The erratic pre o temps could be because of your shifts, it really influences a lot.

Thanks!

@Nima, thank you! Fx'd, I'm probably going to start testing around what I THINK 8 DPO is lol.

I also got the Proov pdG strips to try out this cycle so we'll see how that goes!

I’ve used Proov before as well. I found it quite interesting and reassuring that the post ov tests showed a difference from the baseline. I also found the customer service really good, they emailed me back really quickly and looked at my tests for me to interpret them. The only thing I will say is that a lot of women seem to get a low progesterone result and then buy more Proov products that’s supposedly help progesterone so I think there’s obviously a bit of money making going on and the science isn’t that robust. It’s interesting to do but I wouldn’t rely on them for ovulation quality.

Sorry I've been missing ladies I'm feeling so depressed atm I just haven't had the energy to come on.
@tdog sorry af got you hun.
The 2 ladies who have lines I hope they get darker for you looking good x

:hugs: sorry you’re having a difficult time, hope things get better for you soon!

@lomelindi17 wow i was so hopeful fr a second before reading the opk. Gosh i hope it didnt and was just a slow bfp instead. We can hope! Hope your daughter is better soon that sounds horrible x

@Suggerhoney yes i trust the wondfo too, i have no idea why the other one is so light? I reckon i got the shit one step. I never had an issue before this batch they were always bang on with the wonfo last batch. New pic from today is just like whatt?

@jellybeanxx i swear the longer you ttc the worse timing you get. Glad hes doing better and hope you all manage to get some rest.

@josephine3 sorry you still feel down, ttc really takes it out of you emotionally :(

Last night hubby was way too tired for and BD so just have to go off 1 day before O this month. Attached is todays opks and i still just cant believe the difference? Wonfo still high and one step useless light. I usually use one brand unless i buy more when running low i would have believed no ovulation this cycle using only tests. But thankfully the ewcm lined up with positive wondfo. So now we wait!

That’s so true about the timing, I think when you’ve had cycles where you’ve done everything perfectly and it hasn’t worked out, it makes you less inclined to put pressure on yourself!
So weird with those OPKs! I’ve been using one step and another brand (I forget the name but they come in a pot and GPs use the pregnancy test ones) and they’ve lined up quite well. Glad you’ve been able to tell from your EWCM as well. Amazing how well we get to know our bodies doing all this!

I had a temp rise this morning so think I’m in the TWW now. Taking bets on how long I can stay away from the pregnancy tests for… :haha:

@josephine3 that looks very close oh good luck love xx

@jellybeanxx I no its been so rare for you to get a positive opk I was buzzing with you when you said you had got one :haha: cd1 wasn't to bad cd2 & 3 was so so heavy big clots and just gushing sorry tmi but I'm cd4 now and just been to loo and seems there's hardly anything there now  xx

Just catching up now - it's lovely to see some new :bfp:s!

Sending hugs to those who need them :hugs2:

I've been struggling with it all this month. I think after our cycle off last month, my heart just isn't in it. I want a baby with my DH but I feel like my life is on hold waiting for it to happen, which is really tough especially since I have to face the fact that it might NOT happen for us with our history and ages.

Anyway, I'm CD 23 today. I've had a few early pg signs but these days they could also be early PMT signs or even just my new medication I'm on tbh. Slightly tender boobs, needing to pee more often, a bit emotional (but then, see above!) and a couple of occasions where I've felt queasy in the mornings (but that could be my metformin.

I caved and tested yesterday even though it's far far too early and obviously it was :bfn: but I didn't really expect anything else tbh!

We're going on holiday on Sunday so I might test once more before we go but after that, I'm undecided about whether or not to test while we're away or leave it until we get back.

Any update today? I really hope that wasn’t a nasty indent!! I’ve had so many bad ones recently on frer I don’t trust them on their own anymore at all. GL!!

i have been trying to hold off testing. Will test again tomorrow I think it may have been a indent line I don’t feel any different. Will update in the morning.

I admire your self control as I have none! Haha
