We took Lola for her Waterbabies underwater photoshoot this morning...she was a star and I can't wait to see the pics!

Yet again Lola has another cold so going to take her to the doctor tomorrow to get checked out.

Claire - haha crawling soon! wow!

Max has been going backwards for ages but he has been getting up on his knees these past few days and then belly flopping forward but only does it once or twice, its not going to be long!

I went the a multiple birth xmas party the other day and we saw two 9 month old babies commando crawling everywhere it looked intense! OH wants these babies to crawl but I am quite happy for them to stay put for now

Max is a monkey he tries to put his fingers up my nose, in my eyes, he pulls my hair, he yells and squeals and grunts at me or if he sees somethign he wants hes really quite the funny man.
All day yesterday he kept saying "mumma" and mumumum" it was very cute. and a few times he repeated it after me. I'm not sure if it was a coincidence or not but either way it was very cute.

Aria has two teeth now! I just noticed her second tooth is finally through this morning. No sign of Max's yet. Aria's mood has changed heaps with it too which is awesome. I spent about 3 days very stressed out last week *sigh* It has been a while since these babies actually reduced me to tears haha I thought we were over it but nope my little princess gave her second tooth a good go and basically whinged the whole time/refused to sleep and eat etc and Max was grizzly and upset cos when Aria cries he gets clingy and cries too and if one grizzly baby is hard enough two was intense but we are over that now at last! and I am hoping for another great week

Aria is also going backwards on her belly, I am very nervous about this crawling thing.

I picked up a cheap single pushchair too so we can start going for walks. There is just no point taking Max out in the double I end up carrying him halfway down the road anyways so the plan is to use the single and pop him in the backpack as he is quite happy in there.

I havn't posted in here much, it is very hard to find the time nowadays. My computer is on all day and when I get a spare moment I will jump onto facebook for a few minutes but thats about it.
Was good to have a quick read on updates though!

I keep forgetting to update on ashlynn's specialist appointment. She seems to think ashlynn has a vascular infection that causes her veins to swell and burst, hence the screaming, red legs and non blanching rash. Nice to get some sort of answer but she said there's no treatment and she should 'grow out of it' in time. I just hope it doesn't happen again!! We have another check up in February.

Ashlynn sleep is so bad and its really starting to get me down now. Just don't know what to do to get her to sleep longer at night.

Steph ~ Lola has swimming lessons with Waterbabies who along with teaching babies and toddlers to swim they teach them water safety. Basically life saving skills if they ever fall into water. After your first term you can do a photoshoot and because the babies can swim a short distance underwater they can take amazing pictures!

Anti ~ Lola's sleep went backwards for weeks but we seem to be turning a corner. She sleeps in with me and last night she managed a feed at 7.30 then one feed in the night!! She stirred once at 10.30 then after the feed at 5.30.....but this was amazing because the last few weeks I've been awake hourly or 3 hourly and boy its tiring...basically I figured when she didn't need food and cuddled/rocked on the bed until she fell asleep. Did this each time for a few nights and then she didn't wake up so much. For me personally I refuse to leave her to cry and will always go to comfort her if needed.

Oh I've been making batches of food for Lola from an Annabel Karmel book....the food tastes delicious!! Anyone else using her recipes?

Anti - glad to hear you have some answers! Stink about the sleeping though unfortunately I have no advice I'm having troubles trying to get both mine to sleep at the same time haha it rarely works! Max still sleeps with me and on me and Aria still sleeps in her pushchair and bed at night.

yazzy - I havn't heard of that one! I will have to have a look. I am going through so much baby food at the moment its not funny. Keep saying I will make my own but never find the time.

Had both babies weighed today 7.83 kilos (Max) and 7.38 kilos (Aria) both are 68.5cms in length I am pretty sure Max has tripled his birthweight now

Zephyr yeah google annabel karmel, her food for babies is very popular over here and all organic. I buy mostly organic for us aswell. The 2 recipes I made recently were all done with 30 mins and Lola sits in her high chair watching lol. Obviously easier keeping one baby entertained though!

thank you!! she'll have breastmilk but I am due back at work in Jan and can't come home to feed her. She seems to have taken the most from 'playtex' bottles but I had to order more drop-ins.....23 day delivery...WTF?...can you believe that?!!

I'm doing ok thanks. Wondering when, if ever, ashlynn will sleep through, but otherwise we're ok. Getting ready for our trip to Ireland. Bit nervous but looking forward to the break.

Quick update on Rosalie, she is trying her very best to crawl, has 3meals a day 2 bottles and occasionally says dada which is super cute. Zooms around in her walker and slowly growing more beautiful blonde hair also still sleep from 8-9 x

Evie is doing really well She has two teeth poked through, but they're not all the way up yet. They both followed a day and a night of screaming, but since they both came through the skin, the screaming has stopped She's now only breast fed first thing, and I think my milk is drying up She goes to sleep at 8:30 and wakes up around 7:30, comes into bed with me and then we get up around 9
She eats like an absolute machine! She has a huge bowl of porridge for breakfast, a cheese spread sandwich and baby crisps for lunch, then whatever we have for dinner It's so fun to watch her eat
She's got a funny tummy shuffle atm, but she gets on her hands and knees and rocks, so I don't think proper crawling is far off!! Scary!!!

Am so, so excited for Christmas! Stressing about the IL's coming though! They drive me a bit crazy, and they seem to compete over who does the most. Can just see Xmas day now "you've held her for 5 minutes, it's my turn now!!" My poor mum and brother seem to get pushed to the side by them
On the plus side, all my presents are bought and wrapped, so feeling good about that Just need to finish buying the food bits, and collect our turkey Xmas eve!!

Lola is doing really well too. She has 3 meals a day and generally 3 feeds from me aswell. We're getting there with the sleep, goes to bed ok but stirs quite a bit til about 9pm then has 1 or 2 feeds in the night. Two bottom teeth are through but we didn't really have any bad days with them.

Anti what date do you go to Ireland?
