Hi girls
So my maternity is almost over booooo, not lookin forward to leavin my baby while he still so little...i was lucky enough last time to take a Cpl yrs off and have mamma on baby duty,
This time tho is part time mamma on duty and part time with a childminder...i met a lively lady a few days ago, and on Mon me and oh are going to meet her together so ge gets to see her. .i really liked her the other day...shes a qualified teacher, homeschools her three children, whilst childminding, besides having Oakley she has one other toddler (her children are 5+) shes a very outdoorsy person, did blw, which is what I'm doing for lunch time too she does a lot of structured learn through play, the evidence of this was everywhere lol...
Just wonderin if anyone has any advice on what else i should look for as a good childminder as I was a bit lost for questions other day, any points i should look out for?? we discussed money/holidays etc TIA
