Ive had counselling in the past, and it did really help me at that time. I just cant see how it will help me in this situation iygwim.

hey ladies

had 30 mins on wii fit, and then david and me and 2 of his girls frm work went to pizza hut! i ate half a medium pizza and ice cream and choc cake! so undid any benefit frm wii fit!

im still full of cold but maddox seems a bit brighter today - hoping for a better night

had a gd night last night frm maddox,

weight is holding at 125.4 and with my ankles hurting ive not done much exercise - going to drs at 12:40 to get them checked out

hmmm good point Kerry, not sure if we are staying at my parents, we normally do over Easter x
Richard is off tomorrow night & sunday night so if the weather is good might go to mums or sisters & have a BBQ x

my ankles we think are related to my FSP - she gave me some ankle supporters howeer theyre too small they cut off my circulation - so i guess im waiting til tues to exchange or getting a bigger size

shes also getting me reffered to a consulant to lok into my fsp more, as when i was diagnosed i was 12 and they didnt talk to me about what t expect, so ive no idea the ins n outs of my condition reeli
