Missy - My diet isnt going very well. Last week I had a slip up on saturday and got a little bit and last night I was at a dinner meeting and had goats cheese and chips which are not part of my diet. I did the Davina DVD 5 times last week and went on a hour walk, this week Ive done F-ALL. AND Im going to have a sandwich today for my lunch Will re-start tonight when get home Hoping I get home early enough tonight from work to do some exercise. Have fun in the pool.... its starting to cloud over here and looks like its going to

im sure ull get back on the exercise bandwagon,

im struggling to fit in fitness around maddox, hopefully i can get to the pool everyday between 22nd june & 3rd july, as davids off on leave due to his op, then every other day or so after that once hes at work, im about a stone lighter than i was before falling pregnant, but still overweight for my height,

Missy - I know I will because Im more determined than before. Can you look into getting one of those jogger buggies?

i cant run swimming is the only exercise i can manage with my hsp

had other mummies over with thier babies this morning, we had cuppas n cookies n a catch up , their lil girls are crawlng, maddox just lay on his tummy watching them

David and i are off on a date tonight getting excitd - but what to wear for bowling then a meal?

i paid 260 and got - camera, mem card, spare battery, case, bendy tripod + 2 or 3 yrears insurance that was in march....

ive got nothing planned for today - just trying to pass the time.
