Opinions plz. I often wake during the night and i always use a calculator and use that time. Last night ds woke me up and got in bed so i took temp rougjly at the time i wake up anyway. So i use the calculator as i set it for 7am. I then wake up at 6 take temp again do the calc and its a lot less than what the first one. So do i keep in with what i have been doing amd use first reading as that's what ove done the rest of my cycle or use the one from 6am. Usually when i have done this before it is roughly the same its the first time it is different. I am wondering if ds kept waking me up as he often thrashes about while he sleeps as im sure i woke up twice.
