Bedrest and loneliness

Moon... I seriously would have thrown something at my MIL if she said those kind of things to me... And my husband would have kicked her out. Like seriously who does that!?!?! >_< That infuriates me for you. Like seriously..... UGH!!!!

Donno dear. I am just so frustrated. My whole body pains due to this long bed rest.

Hubby is trying to support in all ways I am thankful. I m feeling like a crippled person. For mobile, for charger for everything I need help.

I am so worried about our LO.
MIL is still in same apartment. We are not talking though. I tried to talk but she didn't seem to be interested.

Thanks Miracle for your continued support. As you truely said MIL is just entitled to say anything she wants. FIL doesn't talk at all. A very proud kind of man.
I don't have anything to do for full day but worry about our baby. I just cant think of losing her/him. I have endured so much for this precious baby! Low fluid levels are so worrisome...I just wonder why some has to go through all these when most pregnant ladies can just roam around and enjoy.
My hubby is trying to be the best hubby sticking to me. Cooking tasty breakfasts. Spending loads of time. I am so thankful.
My mom is also calling me frequently. But I just can't tell her everything, that may lead to tear between two families. My cousins are also with me. Feeling better.
Thanks to you too for following me so long and supporting. How is your pregnancy going?

Moon: I just started work again this week. It's been rough. I only get two hours a sleep a night . Insomnia was definitely easier to cope with when you don't have to work. I'm not enjoying pregnancy at all. Can't wait until delivers. Seems so long away.

Hope all is well with you. Here in the US a baby has a pretty decent chance to survive outside the womb after 25 weeks. If your baby has to be born premature, I hope he/she will make it. My nurse delivered her son at 27 weeks n he's a healthy 6 year old now.

Great that you got back to work again. I understand its hectic but its a good way to to concentrate on something else. It is hard when the pregnancies we wanted so much goes hard on us.
I will be 27 weeks tomorrow. 28 is the mini target and then would set it as 32. I hope my little one grows strongly and come later as he/she is supposed to.
Which week is this for you? Try to take it easy and get some sleep. Get your DH to help you in cleaning, cooking etc.

Your comment is so soothing. I hope they understand my situation. My MIL was rude but now she is taking care of me too. I am bed ridden. For a cup of tea also I need help and she is serving me food, drinks at least. I am thankful!

Thanks dear. Frequent hospital visits and so many complications are nerve wrecking. Plus in laws are also not being very nice.
But yes I am taking it day wise. Laying on bed all the time is the worst part though.

Oh moon! I just caught up and I am so sorry for your situation! I hope you realize your MIL is completely wrong to have said any of that. Something must be wrong with her to have said any of that and to feel that way against a person. I'm hoping and praying for your health and happiness! The end of this long journey is almost here!

Yes. Today is 27 weeks 1 day!! Yay 6 days to go to reach my first goal. Next would be 30 weeks.

Yes mom will arrive tonight. She is bringing so many things for me. She is upset as I am not holding any baby shower. But I am just so scared with this pregnancy. People party would mean me getting off bed. Then stress. I told her to do any ritual she wants to do. But she says we need a few married ladiea for that. Lets see.

MIL left us yesterday.... So me and hubby alone at home after last year june!!! We are not celebrating Valentine's day but still!

World cup cricket starts today. Do you girls watch WC cricket? India is in bad shape this year ..

Now when I am about to reach 28 weeks. My doctor and NICU staffs did not look very confident with such a small baby. Now they are saying it is 32 weeks if not 34. I am looking around for other NICU's..just in case..

I don't watch cricket. For me - it's in the same category as golf *yawn*. Sorry I much prefer football (European not American) or Olympics. How long is it on for? Will you be able to watch it from bed? Glad you have something else to try & keep your mind occupied

Last Wednesday we had a scan and baby looks ok -3 days from date. Yes regular visits and on medication to battle preterm labour. My fluid level improved a bit but still a concern. Fingers crossed for the next appointment. I am drinking like fish!
My mom won't spoil me actually. She is too traditional. She feels after marriage women should do everything to please in laws. And whatever husband does is correct. My husband is very good. But in general my both side family stops talking to families if their daughter doesn't take care of in laws or divorces. Way yo go for them. Typical Orthodox people, more bothered about perception of the society than own life. Not only MIL but every relative was a huge pressure on me during my infertility days. So many years of marriage- oh my God- still no baby- leave job- visit temple- chant mantra staring at east- dont wear black- it is my karma- I should have died before seeing you childless. Alllll kind of drama. Day long both mil and mom talks to relatives over phone talks about their kids and cries!
They dont allow me laptop. It has rays! Mobile has signals! Even if you vomit milk is must. Keep pillow under legs. You sleep or not your problem....don't think baby names- sooo on! But she is still nice....last gen ladies are like that only. I think it is too much care. My friends would call me lucky. More they treat you like a porcelain baby, luckier you are! She is definitely going to cook 4 times a day to make my and her SIL happy.lol
I have a TV in my room. But wc matches are starting way too early. Australia is pretty ahead in time matters. Tomorrow India Pakistan match is going to be held. I am going to watch definitely.

Omg family... I'm sorry they're putting more stress on you!!! You definitely don't need that now!
I don't think it would be that appropriate to have a shower, again, too much stress! You can always have a shower after the baby is born.
There's a girl on BNB who had her baby girl at 27+6 weeks! The baby is now a sweet 4 month old. Miracles happen every day, you've got one growing inside right now

28 weeks is just a few days away, and I'm sure you'll make it to 30 weeks!

Thanks Nina. Mom will be here for at least 3 months. She already boarded the flight.
I am in babycenter also and have seen 24 weekers to survive as well. Real miracles.
