Hi.
I have been comfort eating for the last 2 years since TTC and it all has to stop! I decide that I will pursuade my dream and try to get fit, never wanted to be skinny but if I get to loose a few stones/pounds/kilos than great!
I just want to be able to run the stairs without having to be out of breath!
I am not a gym person at all, I loose concentration and motivation too quickly! So I decided to join Bellydancing classes in order to keep motivated! I heard of a girl who lost 9 stones in 6 months just by cutting down on sugars and not having late dinners and the bellydancing of course!
Do you think it is a good plan? It seem fun and I won't be doing it on my own, which is the main thing!
