My biggest struggle is emotional eating, if I'm stressed or upset then I reach for food, I'm trying to turn it around so that when I do reach for food it's either fruit or a yoghurt, I think that's going to be a work in progress And any days that I'm at my mum's if I don't plan properly, I always end up making bad choices
