Blue pushchair for a girl?

We were going to go for a blue pram - then I discovered all the custom liners and bar covers and stuff you can get! So went with black so we wouldn't be limited to what wouldn't clash with the blue. The customs we're looking at though are blue

I love blue stuff :D We don't know what we're having, but on my shortlist of travel systems is the Maxi Cosi Loola in 'folkloric blue', which I think is fine or boy or girl. We don't go in for the pink=girl, blue=boy thing at all, so I say go for it!

I'm deliberately not really pro-gender stereotyping to begin with, and most of what we have already bought/got from friends so far has been dark blue with white (travel bed) and turquoise too and other green/blue tints and green and beige. So I'd say that color is perfect for either one! It's nice for a girl. It's not really too hard or dark of a blue. So it's nice for girls too :)

I seen this and thought it was stunning XD seen it in Babies are us XD

Looks great. I think it will be fine. It's actually a great color. Doesn't look boyish or girlish neutral for both kids.

I got lots of "him" and "he" comments with my daughters (mainly from older people) even when they were wearing bright pink, so I'm afraid you might encounter that regardless. Lol!

I think it's a lovely colour. My pram is navy blue and I've used it with all my little ones. I also have a buggy for when they're older which is lime green. I don't really do gender specific colours when it comes to big stuff like that.

COMPLETELY, 100% fine!!! But then I'm not big on thr stereotypical 'girl' vs 'boy' colours; choose the colour you like (that turquoise is adorable).

It's bought!! Had another look at it today & DH loved it in that colour too, so decision was made. Got the main seat unit and tandem seat in the blue, but then I went for the carrycot in the grape colour instead. Thought that I'll be putting her in that as a single when my son is at nursery, so went for a less stereotypically 'boyish' colour. The blue and purple actually look nice together as a colour combo too.

Tried a pink car seat with it, and we both really liked that too. It's very bright and won't be to everyone's taste, but I preferred it to the black one. Took a pic of it and it looks quite red but it was a proper pink in real life x

I love turquoise for girls ... and boys too! It looks like you had a lot of great colors to choose from. Glad you found something both your husband and you liked :)
