Mrs Hedgehog- I see you have the BLW cookbook- the drop scone recipe is from there... I just added chopped left over roasted peppers to the batter before frying. Super way of getting peppers into my toddler...she won't eat them otherwise! I've also tried adding sweetcorn but I think you could add pretty much anything...
Today...
Breakfast: Porridge fingers made with oat milk, ground almonds and a few squished blueberries, oranage segments
Snack: A dried fig
Lunch: Carrot puree and a few low sugar/ salt baked beans spread onto white 'doorstep' toast; Soya yogurt (this was a bit of a test to see how he reacts to soya- tbh I'm still not sure... )
Dinner: Pasta pieces with a tomato sauce, cucumber sticks; apple and blackcurrant fruit pot
