BLW - what did your LO eat today?

Good day today!

B: Banana and bit of toast (offered mini shredded wheat with milk but he took a bite and made the biggest EWWWWW face and refused to eat anymore hehe)
L: Leftover turkey sliders, toasted muffin, tomato and a whole yoghurt (gorger!)
D: Shepherds pie, bit of pear and a slice of rhubard tart (lol, really didn't like the tart, his face was a picture!)

Oh, he also had a few bits of daddy's pasta & red pesto and loved it! He sucked in a whole piece of fusili and ate it whole, which we were a bit worried about but he was fine!

George has been at nursery today but apparently he has eaten everything offered & had...

B: shreddies & toast
S: ricecakes
L: cod with mash & peas
D: veg soup & bread.

Quite a good day today. I dropped a bottle (from 4 to 3) and was very nervous all day that he wasn't getting what he needed. But, he did eat lunch and dinner which makes a change so maybe this was a good thing!

B: Ready Brek (didn't take)
L: Pancakes with dairylea, banana and yoghurt
D: Turkey sliders, homemade oven chips, aspargus. (turkey sliders from the annabel karmel website. Highly recommended, everyone loved them - LO & doggy were going gaga - even had to pull the dog's head out of the bin after lol)

Hi Jenny :flower: Just wondering which bottle you dropped? When the time comes i'm not sure which one Isabella won't have anymore? What's your rough routine regarding bottles and mealtimes if you don't mind me asking?

Thank you x

No probs! We were on 7am, 11am, 3pm and 7pm with lunch at 12pm and dinner at 5-6pm.

I dropped his 11am bottle and moved the afternoon one from 3pm to 2pm. He seems to be hungrier for his lunch now and hopefully dinner too!

I was on edge all yesterday and this morning but he has coped really well with the change. I am offering water though as well now as its quite warm :)

HTH!

Brilliant thank you! That's the exact same routine we're on  Was Culann not taking as much at 11 as he was before? Isabella has dropped from 7oz to 6oz so wonder if she'll be ready soon. Thanks again x

The rest of the day Isabella had:

L- avocado on toast, spelt finger, strawberries and apricot dipped in greek yoghurt
D- sausage, mash with chives and creme fraiche and onion gravy. Apricot.

He would usually fuss over his 11 and 3 bottles so I knew he didn't want it. that much. And as well as that thart, I was getting annoyed that I was wasting so much formula as well (its so expensive!).

So he would fuss his bottles and then not want any lunch or dinner. Its been frustrating to say the least :)

Actually, the only problem I now have is that I have this 'void' of entertainment to fill! I've been so used to milk, food, milk food etc that its hard to know what to do with him otherwise! Swimming, rhymetime and walking have been my friend these past few days..
