BLW - what did your LO eat today?

Yesterday

avacado on toast
strawbs and banana
mushroom and thyme soup with a crusty roll

Today

porridge
wholemeal toast fingers and a boiled egg
beef and veggy stir fry
 
Haven't looked on this thread for a while - will be stalking for inspiration as I'm worried LO isn't getting enough variety...

Yesterday was:
Oatibix and an apple
Peanut butter on toast and a banana
Vegetarian spag bol and yogurt

Today:
Bitesize shredded wheat and dried apricots
Pitta, pepper, cucumber and homemade hummous
Vegetable curry and a rice cake, this was too spicy for him I think as he struggled to eat it, so then had cream cheese on toast and a banana
 
Scarlett had:
B - apricot wheats
L - toast dipped in carrot soup, a few Satsuma segments, a few raisins
D - pasta, chicken and broccoli, stewed apple
 
Yesterday LO had:
Breakfast - blueberry pancakes and some egg
Dinner - shepherds pie

Today LO had
Breakfast - cooked cinnamon apple slices, banana, french toast and scrambled eggs
Dinner - pasta with turkey meatballs and tomato sauce

No lunch either day as we were out and about and she slept through.

We've only been giving solids for 6 days and so far she has had cooked cinnamon apple slices, banana, pear, steamed brocoli, avocado, cucumber, baked sweet potato, mango, french toast, blueberry pancakes (no syrup on anything) crepes, toast, meatloaf, turkey meatballs, chicken strips, chicken souvlaki, rice cakes, shepherds pie, taco soup, pasta with tomato sauce, rice and eggs. She's eaten everything we've given her and hasn't turned anything down
I'm hoping this bodes well for her choosing to have a healthy and varied diet as she gets older
 
B - apricot wheats
L - cheesey wholemeal scone, pear chunks
D - veggie pancakes and omelette, more pear
 
Yesterday
B - porridge and SF apricot preserves
L - hm pizza
D - pasta, chicken and cauliflower, plum, orange

Today
B - banana on toast
L scrambled egg with spinach, mandarine
D will be fish, potatoes and broccoli
Snack - hm apple and plum muffin
 
Yesterday

B- toast and SF jam and banana

L- Philadelphia sandwiches and a hard boiled egg

D- veggie finger, mashed potato and some baby corn
 
Breakfast was baby cereal with mushed apple

Lunch was lentil bolognes with pasta and tofu cream cheese.

Dinner was bangers and mash (vegan style) He loved it! Ate it all up!
 
B - apricot wheats and some mango
L - bit of tuna sandwich, a few chips and a humzinger (at a party)
D - roast chicken, potato wedges, roast courgettes, cherry toms and broccoli, and some peach slices.
 
B - scrambled eggs, toast, banana and apple
L - rice cakes and pear
D - pulled pork, cucumber and cornbread...she loved the cornbread!
 
Yesterday...

B - banana
L - sweet potato wedges (which he loved!!!)

Today
L - dairy lee spread on a cheese topped roll and cucumber fingers
 
B- apricot wheats
L - toasted English muffin with peanut butter, peach chunks
D - homemade chicken pie, roasted parsnips, squash and carrot. Raspberries and a tiny bit of homemade cheesecake (loved it all!)
 
B porridge, banana chunks
L Omelette made with chopped up pieces of veg, greek yoghurt with finely grated apple
D Chinese style stir fry veg and pitta. (forgot to buy noodles.) and melon chunks
 
Holly tried some bread this morning. We went out for dinner and she played around with peas, a chip and a tomato piece. She gagged badly at one point but was ok
 
Only started yesterday and loving it!

Yesterday:

L- crumpet, pear and natural yo hurt with stewed summer fruitsmixed in (she loved this!)
D- homemade meatballs in a homemade tomato sauce with spaghetti (all that effort and she didn't really touch it!)

Today:

B-banana and toast
L- baked sweet potato with baked beans and cheese, mango
D (planning to have)- pesto coated salmon with broccoli and potato
 
B - apricot wheats
Snack - cheese chunks and raisins
L - broccoli and cheese muffin, a plum
D - mushroom risotto, another plum, bit of banana but mostly just flicked it about as was full.
 
Yesterday

Porridge

Cucumber, rice cake with houmous and some kiwi

Salmon potato cakes with peas and brocolli
 
B - porridge with plums
Snack - ella's apple cookie, some raisins
L - pizza, some grapes
D - melba toasts with hoummous, a kiwi fruit
 
B- toast with SF jam, banana, weetabix

L- cheese and mushroom omelette and a pear

D- spicy root veg casserole with a bit of naan bread and a yogurt
