BLW - what did your LO eat today?

i usually just put one or two pieces of each thing on the tray at a time. doesn't stop him stuffing it all in sometimes, though! :haha:

yesterday hayden had:

b - crumpet with strawberry spread, a kiwi, half of daddy's banana

l - peanut butter sandwich, cucumber, yellow pepper, organix carrot sticks, natural petit filous with ek strawberry and apple puree

t - pork and veg burgers (variation on turkey and veg burgers in blw cookbook), mashed potato, carrot, broccoli.

oo thank you!!! i have bought some organic porridge oats and i usually make my own jam but shoudl prob get some sugar free!!!! no allergies at all in the family so i am excited but nervous! i like to be organised so thats why im here a little early!!!

i will prob have a thousand more questions in 5 -6 weeks time!!!!

shambaby- i love your quote on your signature- sooo true!!!

I don't buy Tristan jam, I just boil some pears, apples etc then puree them and freeze into icecube trays. I then pop 2 out and microwave until thawed and use that as jam on his sandwiches or toast :)

Don't be scared of BLW, it is brilliant! :)

We started a couple of days before 6 months and he now practically eats everything we have, I ust make sure I cook everything from scratch so I know what has gone into it.

You can get Baby Stock Cubes and you can also get a Baby Weetabix :)

thank you! sounds like a good plan with the fruit puree's!!! i dont want to ever give her a jar of food- just seems wrong to me personally as myself and my husband try to eat organic free range and made from scratch were possible!!!

Thanks. Im worried that if she isnt eating much its like delaying solids. I khnow they still get most nutrition form formula or breastmilk at this stage but worried if she isnt eating much she is missing out on other things she needs :(
