as far as i knw, tinned tuna is ok, so long as they don't have too much tuna - there's a fairly high mercury content i think.
and hayden regularly hides food in his chair - sometimes it's accidental as he just drops it, but i have seen him actually stuff food down there, cheeky monkey!
today he had:
b - malted wheaties, a banana
l - veggie chilli and rice, a fairy cake (this was a bit naughty - we don't usually let him have sugary stuff, but we were at my mum's for lunch and everyone else was eating them, so it didn't seem fair not to let him. and it was soooo funny -
i put the cake in front of him, on his tray, and he stuck his arms out to the sides - as if to say 'look, no hands!' - and bent forward to take a bite out of it. he ate most of the cake that way

tea - slice of bread and butter, some cheese, tomato, cucumber, a small piece of quiche and a yogurt
