Bit of a late reply but with a 9 month old i don't get much time anymore. I'm in Kearsley so not to far from you. I go to a group at Virgin Active at the Valley in Bolton every Friday morning 10:30 - 12pm it's run by NCT but open to everyone. We really our a nice bunch with babies from 3 week to 9 months, you should come along one week. We don't bite and contrary to what people think about NCT mums most of us bottle feed, still work and shock horror most of us had pain relief as well.
