BOOO back to cd one any cycle buddies?

ladiesss 1st updateeee i tested early opk of course and i acutally picked up something I hope im starting :) it was my last dollar tree opk i really want to get the cb advanced but idk if i should just stick to these since last cycle i was able to see progression through out my testing days

Well we both have gone away and done some research and...

he will be taking wellman vitamins just to boost his swimmers. No hot baths or sauna session before sex (this lowers sperm). Having sex when teased and aroused can make the swimmers swim faster - 30 minutes of foreplay is a must. Having sex everyday during ovulation can cause lower sperm. Have regular sex throughout entire cycle so every other day.

For me... I will be tracking the best days and using preeseed

I guess the above makes sense why people say just relax and enjoy it right? I'm always in a mad panic when im ovulating.

Lets just relax this month and take it back to the first few times we ever had sex with our partner!
 
I agree peanut, we bd a lot yesterday and sad to say it felt pressured so im hoping for every other dayyyy so i hope todayyyyy sincr i got that little opk line yesterday and i hope todays is darker thanksfor the foreplay tip;)

I did an OPK this morning & it was negative. I am CD 6, but I have been thinking I have been ovulating early so I wanted to start testing as soon as AF was gone!
Should I test again in the afternoon or is once a day enough?! What do you ladies think? I've heard testing twice a day ensures you wont miss your peak! Also, once you get the positive do you continue to test until its negative again?! I'm clueless about OPK! :shrug:
 
Did u end up getting a posiTive opk? Some say.twice A day im fine with afternoon testing
 
Yeyyyyy u did how did the following strips show? I had issues this month so im almost sure im out i wanna say i got my positive cd11 feb1st, but im still having ewcm weird idk y im sure im Most likely out this cycle im a .bit worried since i started going to the gym "if" i am i don't want to risk over working out :/

I haven't posted in a while because I've been waiting to O. I haven't started temping/charting yet but was wondering what your opinions or experience is with EWCM? Do you seem to get it before, after, or during ovulation?? I'm sure everyone is different but was just wondering. I noticed it this morning, the same cycle day I did last month! My hubby and I BD last night but I think this means we should again the next few days too?!
Also, does anyone experience ovulation cramps? I've been having stomach pain the past two nights!
 
Ms.camp im on the same boat my ewcm.comes randomly for me i think ive read it Comes after o more often, try using opks, i had a positive opk cd11 but ive been having ewcm lately so im confused..... Currently cd22
 
thanks baby rose, maybe I'll start using opks next month. We were just going to "see what happens" for a while, but I've realized that is pretty much impossible to do!

Same here :(, its second cycle for me since starting TTC.

My cycle is pretty much regular 29 days - this time AF came 2 days late.
I am glad to have a forum to discuss this issue.

Also, I had a question what are you all doing about working out? I hear lot of conflicting advice - Doctor says don't do anything that you were not doing before - but I am paranoid about over working out.

I so much agree with you peanut :) I am the same in mad-panic and I guess it takes out all the fun! Baby dust to all of you :dust:
 
Ms.berry i will tell you by experience working out messes with ur period! Last year i worked out and.my period was a week late, this is cycle#3 i just started going to the gym so lets see how my period reacts to that, also im simply avoiding machines with tummy pressure im concentrating on cardio and legs im scared to "be" & have a mc i know they say u it wontmatter much i had a cousin who ran her whole pregnancy lol but me its mental i.wanna try and eliminate any additional pressure well see girl
 
I've read that if you work out regularly then it should not be a problem when ttc, but yes if you work out like a crazy person and out of nowhere i think it will mess with your cycle. So I would just continue what you have been doing. Who knows though! There is SO much information out there saying different things. I've learned so much about ttc since coming of birth control pills it's crazy!

Thanks baby_rose. I am too in my cycle#3 now starting yesterday. I have been trying to avoid going to Zumba or Running just because its mental, just trying to do elliptical and walking :) and it kind of gets difficult to tell your Zumba friends why I suddenly stopped going

Mango its hard too keep it and b open my cousin (workout partner) wonders y i don't lift more weight lol but like i mentioned im scared lol i neef to get back to temping i want to take an hpt just in case but im scared tooo lol
 
How weird is this...

my husband opened my fortune cookie a couple of weeks ago and left the message on my bedside cabinet. I was mad at him for eating my cookie and leaving me the rubbish so I just threw it in the bin without reading it. We had another Chinese yesterday and he asked me if I read the message... he left it for me to read because it said 'you will be expecting a new member of the family soon'

Does that mean me?? My cousin just had a baby girl on Monday...

Over thinking I am lol
 
peanut, i personally wouldnt put much attention to the fortune, but i will tell you its absolutely cute that he left it for you too see, which means he has faith in it and thats positive encouragement for you :) baby dust
