Breast feeding in public? Your views?

Ah people would have a field day in my house. My sisters 20 month old walks over to me and pries my breast out of my sons mouth and tries to get in on the action. I've never let her get it, but I don't find it gross at all that she tries. She's just curious.

Ally will also use brute force and a loud voice for getting exactly what she wants. My littlests brutish ways are far more embarrassing than NIP!

Yes, now point out to me where I said Meli said no one should be allowed to NIP!?! I was talking in general with a lame example, at no point did I say any one had said it. I was just using an example that if I dont like something then I dont think others shouldnt like it or shouldnt do it. No reflection on you.

I think it was Legohouse, used the example of smoking and TG used loads winkwink: TG you know I love ya) of examples of things she doesnt like or whatever. It is just a way of us saying that there are plenty of things in this world that others dont like, that make them uncomfortable etc but if it is not illegal etc then it is nothing to do with us.

For the record if someone was smoking around me I would give them a pretty dirty look. When I was pregnant I did actually ask someone to move. I think they should be considerate too.

I think there is an obvious problem with society if people get offending by nursing in public, I couldn't give a shit if someone gets offended by seeig my boob, it's not my problem - it's there problem and they need to get over it. We shouldn't have to cover up, hide away or feel like we're doing something wrong.
