Boots ultra slim disposable are the best in my opinion. They are around £3 for a largeish pack. They are gel filled and have a plastic backing and I have always had really leaky boobs and so far they have NEVER soaked through. I always had leakage with Asda ones and Johnson's ones.

Oh and Lansinoh do good ones too, similar to Boots.

I like the Boots Ultra Slim too - I've tried other 'slim' ones and they still feel bulky

Tommie tippee extra slim are the only ones i've liked, also i found that i used a muslin the soak up the extra milk when i'm feeding cos i go through 2 pads its rather annoying
