Hi girls I haven't lost any weight since havin Alfie and wanna lose a wopping 33lb eek!!! Started eating healthy on Wed and doin really well so far :happydance: fingers crossed i can keep it up, i'll be weighing myself again on wed to see if i've lost any weight!!!!

Can I join you girls? I'm lighter than I was pre pregnancy, but I was over weight anyway :blush: I'd say I need to lose 3 stone to have a good BMI. I know what I should be doing but have zero motivation. :help:
 
I'll join you girls too :) I haven't weighed myself since having Bishop, but I can't fit into my size 13 pants even - pants I bought after I had Julian - so I've a ways to go!

Il join :D im 9stone 4 lbs and want to get to 7 and a half/8. Got my wii fit and lost 2 lbs last week doing it lmao. Any tips girls?
 
diets going very bad today just had 2 chicken tikka rolls polished off with two mr kippling lemon slices!!!!:dohh:

Since giving birth to Tristan, I am about a couple of pounds under my pre-pregnancy weight (pre-pregnancy: 9 stone and 10 pounds; now: 9 stone and 8 pounds). I did even get down to 9 stone and 6 pounds when I was solely breastfeeding when Tristan was about five months old.

The problem is that since cutting down Tristan's breast feeds, I have had the dreaded pounds creeping on again. It is probably because I am still eating as much as I did when I was solely feeding him myself and, oh, probably all those coffee and cakes you do when you are meeting other mums during the day.

I don't have a lot to lose but I do feel that I need support as I seem to have plateaued (sp?) and also the weight seems to be creeping back up again. My goal is to reach 8 stone and 12 pounds - ultimately by October as that is when I am going to be chief bride'smaid for my friend's wedding but I would like to drop about four pounds by mid-July when we go on holiday. My skinny, blonde, tanned sister is coming with us and she will probably be airing her white Bridget Bardotesque bikini on the beach. I don't want to wear a bikini (stretch marks are still too horrible) but I don't want to look horrendous in my horrid brown maternity swimming cossie. I would love to buy another one - preferably in a size 10 (UK) but not look like I have squidged myself into it (I am currently between a size 10 and 12 and still have a bit of a flabby tum).

Excercise: I do a toning DVD and lots of walking with the baby. But didn't get any excercise in today!

I'm really hoping I lose a pound this week. Will try hard.
 
OMG just weighed myself, its my first week of dieting and i've lost 10lb!!!!! I haven't even been eating les i've just been eating healthy!! Fingers crossed it carries on woooo 23lb to go :happydance:

O.k Im joining too. This time around Ive lost all my pregnancy weight plus 6 more kgs EASILY without trying.This has never happened to me before and Ive breastfed my two other babies.

I need to loose more because I was heaps overweight before I got PG. Ive been at a standstill for about 3 weeks but I admit Ive been eating HEAPS.

Question for everyone: Are you loosing weight from places you havent before? I found Im loosing heaps from legs, thighs and tummy,places which have always been so hard to loose from. Weird or is this hapening to everyone?

prob not the right place to post, but i didnt want to start a new thread if couldbe answered here, so will ask. ive been fortunate that nearly all my preg weight was baby and although im slightly bigger than before im happy with my new size/shape.
However, only my preg clothes now fit me (bottom half, top half is fine). I've found i struggle to get trousers over my thighs and if i do get them up i cant fasten them over my hips. I've brought a couple of pairs of trousers from primark, as i didnt want to spend loads on clothes if im gonna chage sizes.
should i consider a shopping trip for a new bigger wardrobe or will my hips return to pre-preg size?
 
Welcome Bellylicious! I'm the opposite..I'm not losing in places I normally do--which is my stomach. I always had a pretty flat tummy--it was the last place I gained weight and the first place I'd lose weight--which is obviously no the case now.

Charliann---I'm not sure. Your body shape may change more in the next few weeks. But I would probably go ahead and buy a few clothes that fit me now. I did that with me, and I'm happy because for me, the weight loss has been so slow.
