Lol I do like that box one with Harry and you Flora :haha: Does he try to shuffle around in the toy box? I mean, try and make it move? It just looks slidy, Chloe has a fun slidy box she likes to get in. Trouble is, if you move her in it she wants to stand up and it tipples over :dohh:

Fraggles! Pretty big plans :haha:

yeah, he kinda holds on to the sides & humps his way around- he can only move it a couple of inches & the look on his face when he does it is hilarious! He just sits there for ages, usually ignoring me, and chats to his cars, rolling them back n forth, or brushing his hair (which he's obsessed with atm) or watching Cbeebies! Either that or he wears the basket as a hat, and runs around 'singing' with it on his head, the little nutter!

Hi ladies.. How's ur day today?

My day is unbelievable! Billy did the same thing as yesterday morning but ever worse - poo himself, all over himself and the cot! Wondered why he didnt wake me up! I had to get him in the bath to wash him all over to get him clean again. His room is stink of it and opened the window to get the stink out of the room! Also I had to clean his bedroom and bedding stuff, and it doesnt help while I am pregnant. Ugh! Nice one(!)

Now he is having his nap! :)

So I am waiting for the bedding stuff to be finish drying and ready for tonight.

Xxx

eeewwww! Nanaki, hope his bottom doesn't explode everywhere again! Not a nice thing to have to deal with first thing in the morning!

He he, they are getting great to watch!

Nanaki! Noooo Oh dear :dohh: Lets hope he soon learns being covered in poo isn't fun!

eeewwww! Nanaki, hope his bottom doesn't explode everywhere again! Not a nice thing to have to deal with first thing in the morning!

Hope not! So I might have to get couple of PJ all in one to stop him to pull it all off! Its not nice to see all that first thing in the morning!

Thanks Kte. My friend literally laughed at me when I told her about that.

Flora mines a hair brushing obsessive too :haha: he was so upset to get his locks chopped not sure how i'll get him there next time without a fight.

N isnt interested in boxes

see, harry loves getting his hair cut; he's really good when we're there & gets all excited about sitting in the little car & getting to watch Simpsons on the TV! Then we go for a walk along the beach (lucky living on the coast, lol) & it's become our 'thing' now. He needs another hair cut as I'm having to sweep it across his head again to keep it out of his eyes. This boy's gonna cost me a fortune in haircuts in his lifetime! :dohh:

N loved them at first but the last one has made him so upset he wakes up feels his hair and cries :( he tries to twiddle it and stroke it but its gone. I know what you mean about costing a fortune he needs to go every 6 weeks or its unruley. Need mine doing too. J's hair is growing fast too.

Nanaki is Billy stripping himself off? We use sleepy suits which are fleece over his pj's as the quilt normaly gets thrown off.

Yes Fraggle - Billy's stripping himself off!!!:blush: We have decided to use the vest to stop him to stripping himself off tomorrow morning fingers crossed! x

Well I think I have a poorly boy again! We've done so well and we've gone 1 whole week without being sick or having a sniffle, then last night I could feel a bit of a sore throat coming on and Earl was coughing a bit. Same this morning. Tonight he's been sick and is now in bed exhausted. The poor boy doesn't seem to catch a break (to be fair I'm in the same boat but it's ok for me, I can handle it!). I just wish I could be at home to look after him and make sure he's ok. Hoping he'll sleep it off. His tummy is empty bar some water so I'm hoping for a good night - hmmm not likely though.

Nanaki - I hope that the vest works. Earl's never taken an interest. he helps me dress him but apart from hats (which he hates) never tried to get undressed again.

Kte - Your Nephew is gorgeous! Congrats again to your sis.

Anyhoo, I've got a few bits and bobs to do then it's glee and bed!

Thanks Aimee!

Well well, this morning I decided to get up at 9am and go and wake Billy up but to find that he was still sleep when I came in and he heard me and got up so quickly with his pj on him! :D At last it stays on him. Also I might start to open the blind on his window in his room because it might get him up early.

I am wondered how old it will be when he can go on his big boy bed? Cuz I have a cot that can change into normal bed. Xxx

I think getting into a normal bed varies from baby to baby, N was jumping out of his cot, in fact he jumps off or out of everything he's what my mum would call a right proper boy :haha:

I am in meltdown territory :( had a bad night in

Fraggles :hugs: Sorry to hear you had a bad night :hugs:

Nanaki: Glad Billy kept his PJ's on! I'm don't think Chloe is ready to switch just yet to a big bed, she is a real fidget bum and ends up all over her cot. If she comes in bed with us she still wiggles all over and fidgets so I thought I can leave it for a while longer.

Kte, same with Billy, he sleep all over cot but not ready for him to move into a proper lil bed yet.

Fraggle - Sorry to hear that you had a bad night. :hugs: xx

Morning ladies!

Long weekend over  Why do they always fly by faster than regular weekends?? In the end, we didn't do too much special. We took Emma to the mall so that she could play on her little ride-on car. Halfway through our excursion she decided she didn't want to ride in it anymore so the rest of our outing was spent with her pushing the car with the adult handle at the back- she was definitely starting to need a nap because she had little temper "flares" everytime I tried to help her steer the thing  Very independent girl I've got!

Kte- belated congrats on your new nephew :flower: glad to hear your sister's labour wasn't a complicated one too.

Nanaki
- Too funny about Billy's stripping :) At least the vest did the trick today  We still co-sleep with Emma- we have a side-car arrangement with her bed attached to ours and although she moves around in the night (she'll happily crawl over me in her sleep to get between hubby and myself, etc), she seems to kind of know where the bed ends because she's never fallen out. You could always get a little bedrail if you are concerned about falls :flower:

Fraggles- :hugs: :hugs: :hugs: I hope you have a better night tonight hun

Aimee
- I hope you and Earl both feel better soon :hugs:

Flora
- cute piccies of Harry!

Hope everyone is having a good day!

Kaites: Sorry to hear the long weekend went to fast but hope you had a nice time :flower: Chloe does the same as Emma when she pushes things. She managed to push the pink pram at the bus station the other day, she was over the moon with herself but then I tried to help her as she was going to crash and she was not impressed! She wasn't bothered she couldn't see to stear!

lol, yeah Emma wasn't the greatest at steering either- nearly took out a couple fellow shoppers in a sporting goods store :dohh: She's fast when she thinks that someone is going to help her too :)

I'm glad to read that lots of other mums are experiencing the joys of independent, frustrated toddlers
