Bumps2be2011

Is everyone ttc or is there some ntnp. I thinks thats what we will be doing.(ntnp)I know there is certain days so I try and make sure i use these days but when we were trying for caleb i come off pill we didn't have a routine and i was pregnant after 2 months. just wondered thats all xx

We will be ttc, because that's how I am, planning everything out as much as possible. So how is everyone today? It's Friday in America and I took the day off work, so I am enjoying a lovely day off. Slept in a bit, read an old favorite novel, got some housework and errands to do, but making time for the fun things in life as well. My allergies are horrible right now, all the flowers are in bloom out here and I wake up with headaches and can't stop sneezing. I did that today and I was like "Wait....how will I cope with being preggers?!" haha I guess I'll have to guilt trip hubby into helping more, huh?:winkwink:

Sounds like a lush day hun - its dark clouds here with rain spitting lol Hope your allergies settle for the summer a bit more.

I am starting making easter cards this weekend with LO and if the weather gets better going to a local farm on sunday with him to look at the animals, and to buy daddy some homemade mint ice-cream. Apart from that housework!

9 months till 2011 isn't that far off ..... arrrrghhhh!

xxxx

we will be ttc in Jan, we were ntnp when we got pregnant with our daughter. We didnt want to put too much pressure on ourselves as we had previously had 3 miscarriages. Now we have had a successful pregnancy we will ttc.

Welcome Cattia and Claire  Added you two to our WTT list :flower:

We are defo gonna TTC again, we did with Joe. Gonna start using the persona again which worked for us a treat
I'm kinda thinking about getting our TTC date a bit forward...last time we started to TTC in June and got an August baby, I would love for LO number 2 to have a summer b'day, cause Joe and hubby's b'days are both in August and mine is in September.

Did you guys with children already check the thread with the chinese calender...OMG it worked for me. It said B and I really had a boy.
https://www.babyandbump.com/waiting-to-try/300148-use-chinese-baby-calendar.html

Hi Welshwarrior just had a look at that thread and omg its uncanny and scary. According to the calendar we should have had a girl. Like you it was right and I had a girl.

I think we should keep that thread in mind for everybody you really like to TTC a certain gender.

Yes the Chinese calendar worked for me too although I guess it had a 50% chance of being right! Welshwarriors, just out of interest, did you use persona jut for TTC or for contraception? I was thinking of using it as contraception while we are WTT but I can;t at the moment as I am BF so don't have periods.

I used it just to get pregnant...it says in the instructions that you can't use it while you're breastfeeding, but as soon as you're stopping and got your period back you can use it.
I thought it was really easy to use and compared to the clearblue fertility monitor waaaaaaaaay cheaper. I picked mine up in Germany with 4 months worth of sticks for just over a 100Euro's which was back then something like £70. Bargain.
But you can pick them up for £20/30 on ebay.

the gender calendar was right for me and if i ttc or ntnp july we would have girl or didnt get pregnant the first 2 month's it would still be a girl yeah. Finger's crossed . Hope everyone is well x x

Calender was wrong for me! I must be odd one out lol!

Im not sure if I will look into the science much when TTC - just go with the flow and see what happens then panic after 6 months! hehe

xx

Damita put this link in the WTT area : https://www.baby2see.com/gender/prediction.html

Its a bit easier because your 'lunar age' can differ from your 'actual age'

mine was correct. but i want another boy so i may wait till november lol.

Hi! I'm Catlin, and we're WTT until next summer, after I've gotten a job and been established there for a year. It'll give us time to finish paying off a car and DH's student loans, and build our savings account as well :) We'll probably start TTC in July 2011 :hugs:

mine was correct too.

Not sure what I want next time

ooh ooh! can i join pretty please? :D haven't noticed this thread before now, must have been walking around here with my eyes closed! lol!

I'm Charlotte, i'm 22, been with my "hubby" (not yet married but i call him my hubby as thats what he is and always will regardless of whether we ever have the money to get married or not!). Simon is 35 with 2 children of 17 and 7 from his previous relationship of 13 years, who we both love dearly.
Simon and I have 1 son together, Noah who is 13 months and we adore him hes beautiful and he is our world. He keeps us out of trouble and its lovely to be full time parents again rather than part time as we see the step kids only in the school holidays.
We both work, I work for the NHS and Simon is a Security Guard.

We are both HUGELY broody at the moment but plan to wait until at least February 2011 to try and concieve baby #2. Would love a daughter since we already have 3 boys between us! but fear we may have a football team on our hands before we get there!
So anyway! thats me in a nutshell :)

hi everyone and welcome to all the newbies. Glad we are getting bigger . Will be nice to see when the new lo's arrive how many girls and boy's we get and if we get any multiple to. Hope your all ok and have a good weekend x

Hi ladies,

I'm so excited. It's nearly April!! That means that it's 13 months til we start TTC and only 8 months til it's 2011!! Got so much to get done in that time (not just the ticker underneath which quite frankly scares me! lol) but Hubby has accepted his place at Uni and we have got somewhere to live so will be moving at the end of May/beginning of June!

Tooo much to do. I still haven't got a job, but I'm going to leave it now until after the Easter weekend and start afresh then. If I see anything this week I'll go for it but to be honest, I'm really lacking in enthusiasm lol. (Bad Aimee!! **slaps wrist**)

As you can tell Im in a cracking mood. Earl is a asleep at the moment, and I have done nothing all afternoon. I have some washing and Ironing to do and some baby food to make (fun fun fun) but other than that the day is my own, so we may go for a nice long walk in the sunshine :cloud9:

How are we all getting along. I'm sooooo excited....I'm also going to clear out some stuff this afternoon once hubby is home and get packing up some boxes....never too early to start lol. We're off to the MIL's at the end of April to take some stuff for her to store, so this all needs packing up. May start with the Christmas decs....would like to think we wont need those again in this house lol. :happydance:

Happy weekend everyone...I think all this sunshine has gone to my head lol. May also be delirium brought on by sleep deprivation lol. :haha:

Welcome Catlin & Charlotte...Make yourself a home. I added you two to our WTT list. x

I'm fighting my way through the washing. Oh the joys.
Need to pop to Tesco's later and get some food....there's an echo in the fridge it's so empty. The only cupboard filled up to the top is Joe's. lol

awesome! thanks hun! :D
Well i'm a lazy moo and to be honest, i dont own a car and nor does other half so i have got the tesco man delivering out shopping to fill our equally echoing fridge hopefully soon as i want to go out and do things! gotta get some easter cards and wrapping paper for SS's 7th birthday!
Am i the only one who is desperate to try and have another baby but is so worried about getting pregnant all at the same time? i know that sounds daft! but my birth was SO amazing last time and i was very lucky, and i'm so scared that 2nd time around its gonna be totally different!
Argh!! nearly 8 months till 2011! lol it goes so quickly!

No problem hun.
I love Tesco's delievery...it was great to use when hubby was away while I was pregnant. I loved getting everything I need delievered right into my kitchen.

My 1st pregnancy and birth were pretty smooth, I do hope that the 2nd time around it won't be a complete nightmare. Stay positive and don't think about the birth too much.
Before we know it, New Yrs Eve is here and we toast to the fab yr of 2011. Can't wait. lol
