NuttyMummy makes some that look amazing!

I just made some vanilla sponge and chocolate sponge cupcakes and you dish the mixture into cases and then push into the cases some chopped up mars bar.

I iced mine with vanilla buttercream and chocolate curls,but you can decorate them any way.

Strawberry cheesecake cupcakes are delish btw. Are you following hummingbird recipe? The one with fresh strawbs in them, creamcheese frosting and crumbled digestive ontop? MMMM.

Just an idea we could do one week, have a sort of bake off thing? We could get recipes for diff and unusual cakes and traybakes etc etc and do the recipe and rate them? That way we can share good recipes and be warned off about crap ones.

Right any advice where to get purple/brown/orange (and colours like that) food colouring. I have the obvious colours but need some unusual/different colours

What about Rocky Road cupcakes?
My OH loved them so thought i could do chocolate cupcakes with bits of biscuit, raisins and choc chip. For the topping perhaps a buttercream with marshmallows. Or just a chocolate topping with marshmallows in the middle.
I am on a roll now! lol
