Ok, so this is cake number 2! the disaster cake that I had to strip back then decorate again!

I know it is a wee bit clutered and the cake board is too small but this is still a practise cake!

I decided half way through to take off 2 of the roses in the middle!

Oh you will be fine! Once you get into the swing of it, it will get easier! I keep telling myself that!!

Doing a stripey cake later, need to nip out and get some margarine, forgot to buy it yesterday!

I had some trouble with rolling my fondant yesterday.. but i think it might be because I bought Morrisons own brand for practising with! It kept breaking and sticking even though I was using loads of icing sugar. Ended up giving up!

OOooo dunno, I haven't used Morrisons brand but I use tesco and asdas and they seem fine.

I also cheated and bought a regal ice ready rolled yesterday for my next cake!
