mmmmm, youd have to sculpt from scratch!
better to carve too little off, than too much!! so start carving it into a cylinder first just little tiny bits at a time. are u making a seperate cake for the head?

I believe it is but you need to wrap a ball of fondant in cling film to rub it on, I've never done it but have read it a few timeshmmm is this tip true ladies? If you rub fondant on top of fondant i.e. fondant already placed onto a cake it makes it shiny and a clean finish?
