The little ones come out like this when made with petal paste(i think thats what it's called) but if you use the whole mould for big roses they come out looking a bit better!

i cant make them but do you know any where i could buy some from my local cake shop and ebay dont have the right colour they are for a wedding cake so im a bit stuck any one have any sugestions,

do you ladies think it's worth doing a college course for cake making and decoration or shall I just keep practising at home?
Also I what do you use to make your flowers? Can you use modelling chocolate?

im not sure how big my rolling pin is....its the biggest u can buy LOL

id take a course too, but theres nothing here. though one of my friends did one a few years back and i knew more than her and im self taught!!! LOL
