i think eggs make your cakes rise and nice and fluffy! Dunno, maybe im talking rubbish!

Cake decorating is VERY expensive hobby! I've dabbled in alot of things and got bored and this is by far the most expensive!

Think its cos there is so much options and stuff to try!

agreed! haha the best bit is sticking stiff on the cake at the end, i need a baker, fondant colour mixer , an icer ........... then i would be left doing all the good bits !

I have got some really pretty different shades of pink BCA pink ribbon sprinkles.They are great.

Ooh yeah my cream tea cupcakes....and deffo victoria sponge!
I probably won't do strawberry cupcakes as a family member has an allergy to those.

I'm not very good at cookies but i may do some scones...a lemon loaf,a coffee cake and maybe a fridge cake and some different types of cupcakes?

Heres my cake from yesterday, tbh it was disaster after disaster from start to finish. AFter covering it the cream started to split inside and came seeping out of the bottom of the fondant
Managed to patch it back up but it led to some horrible bumpy sides

it looks really good that cake, im scared to do OHs birthday cake i dont have a clue how to get the icing on the top without it looking a mess, i bought the dr oetker ready rolled icing that you just unfold i dont have a clue what to do with it though lol!! x

the lemon cupcakes went down extremely well i turned up with them as everyone was decorating the new house so they were all gone within 10minutes everyone said they were great and my brother didnt believe id actually made them haha! xx

I used individual rose petal cutters to make little petals i wrapped around each other and then when i'd built it up a bit i used a 5 petal rose cutter to do the outside.
V long winded way of doing them lol but it worked, hence why i only did the one lol

that just sounds like gobbledygook to me lmao! it really looks great that rose though id love to be able to do something like that! x
