lovely cupcakes!

Im just about to make some for an order being picked up tomorrow :)

I can def see a divorce cake selling, a funeral cake nope, maybe if it was just a gateaux for the wake or victoria sponge, but i cant see a novelty decorated cake going down well at funerals.

What would you write on it?! Or put on it?! Well suppose flowers and RIP writing but I think its not right! Each to their own I suppose and if someone asked........ hmmmm dunno!! LOL!


Yeah you cant get silver fondant, you make what you need, like your flowers with flowerpaste then either spray them or paint silver on :)
 
lol thanks i thought you couldnt get silver but i wasnt sure what to use lol. i will get some of the spray x

yep it go with the silver spray too!! i ordered some before but they were out of stock :( so i havent had chance to try it out (i have the pearl and gold one though and they are good)

i agree with andrea....dont think a funeral cake is right....its like celebrating the fact they are dead??!!! :rofl:
but ive seen divorce cakes before...in the style of a wedding cake, but cut down the middle n blood all over it :rofl:

lol cassandra the girls name is abit of a giveaway...i wrote her name 'twilight style' on one of the plaques, she loved them!

i was abit miffed about the army tent really as i couldnt get my hands on anymore small toy guns so the army man has a hand gun with a silencer on it :rofl: but he has a walkie talkie too and the lady loved it anyway n said her son had walkie talkies so fit perfect :)

oo also can someone do me a favour??

i have a GROUP and a PAGE on facebook.....but everytime i add photos to the GROUP it says no photos have been added (its reached 200 pics) but when i click on the group n go through them i can see the pics ive added.....can anyone else see them aswell?? or is it just me?!!

kris i found mine used to seperate if i used a milk substitute like rice dream etc.
did u use proper milk though? x
 
i am but secretly, i would never admit it IRL, even though we went to the previews of eclipse lmao and had to stand in a big queue with all the mad fans! i hate the books i love the films, and thats weird for me cus i am a big book lover and normally hate films, i just think the books are very badly written! haha x

i have NO idea what im gunna do with this cake, im gunna do pokeballs, i dunno how im gunna go about it though, i better get going with it soon but iv had no sleep with jesse so i just dont want to be bothered yet! x
 
I use fresh cream for all my cakes coz my family dont like buttercream, i definatly think its the warm weather. Never normally have a problem :( xxx

i knwo what u mean, sometimes it takes me AGES to get going...n sometimes i have to make myself do it!

kris...yeah i bet its warm weather then...it has been really stuffy n humid lately :(

funnily enough that's what we said about the funeral cake but we got put right with "well it's to celebrate his life and what he achieved it's not like we are celebrating his death!" decided to keep my mouth shut next time this person wanted a cake :s
