My chocolate sponge cupcakes never seem to be very moist, wondered what recipes you girls used?
This is what I use: 175g butter, sugar, flour, 3 eggs & 3 tbsp chocolate powder oh & a quarter of a tsp of baking powder x
It is quiet in here...I guess you are all busy baking.
Just a quick question: How long do you bake your cupcakes for in a fan assisted oven and how long?
Also, is there a difference in the taste of buttercream and cheese cream and can anyone describe it?

Ladies how much do you charge for cupcakes?
And I'm trying to make the most chocolatey cupcakes ever, chocolate fudge with ganache filling and whipped ganache frosting... so far they smell good, came out if the oven 10 minutes ago! And how tasty is ganache?! I could have drunk it all last night om nom!!
My FB page seems to have lulled I had an enquiry about prices but never heard back once I'd told her the prices so I'm guessing she thought it was too much :/ and no new likes recently either
