Cupcakes are just out of the oven cooling now, and in the fridge I have a chocolate cheesecake/tart chilling which I made last night and have refrained from eating so far but it is calling me from the fridge...

What's the best icing to use to pipe? Is it regal icing?

I have only ever done cupcakes but I got asked to make a big cake will upload a photo later. They scare the shit out of me too the icing drives me mad..the top layer the paste has sort of split as it was too thin but only noticeable really close.

Oooh on other news though I've been asked by two shops so far to make cupcakes

Mmmm I love cheesecake I made red velvet and orange cheesecake cupcakes the other day....
