Cambridge diet started today

hi girls i started the cambridge diet today on SS and im looking for a buddy?., im 13stone 4 and would like to be 10stone ., i put all my weight on after having L.O.., so far so good ive only tried the choc shake and that was yummy xx

Ive heard about the diet but never tried it to be honest.

I'm about 11 1/2 stone and would like to loose about 2-3 stone. Pref as much as I can in 10 months before our wedding.
