Can new mattress manipulate temps?

Hi the last three days I had rising temps and this morning it was really low but we got a new mattress yesterday and I had a pretty rough nights sleep. Could it be because of that? I want them to rise again.

Not getting a good nights sleep can affect your bbt, yes.
You need to have a solid block of 3 hours undisturbed sleep for an accurate result

Well I got rid of that temp now and it kept rising. also got a faint positive yesterday on Tesco hpt... but I don't know if it was over time. I took it and then we had to leave the house quick. So after we came home I checked and it had a blue faint line. Could that be an evap? I don't trust it
